Older guy who is tall and skinny, believe he’s a manager actually is very weird and brings his own views and beliefs to work. I went to get my daughter’s vaccine exemption. He was so happy greeting us and when I told him what I was there for, he said I don’t do those. Asked someone named Roddy if he’d like to do it instead. If you do notary you shouldn’t personalize what people are there for. If I wasn’t on a time limit I would’ve spent my money elsewhere and I’ll make sure I overload the store with people who need notary for unpopular beliefs a day he’s working by himself.

Excellent, efficient service from some of the nicest people I've ever encountered in the customer service industry. This isn't the closest UPS Store to home, but it's worth the trip.

I entrusted this store to pack and ship a $2,000 piece of furniture, even purchasing additional insurance for protection. Unfortunately, the furniture arrived damaged and my claim for a replacement has been denied. The store is now unresponsive. All I ask is that they take responsibility for their mistake and make it right.

if you want to waste an hour of your time with incompetent, annoying workers without getting your desired results, this is the location to go to. it took 40 minutes to get 8 pages printed, and they didn’t even give me everything I asked for. workers there clearly are not getting along and making the passive aggressive comments to each other. I went there to send a package once and a worker had their dog tied up in the back. she got loose and was running around the store. I will not be back.

Store #7557. Ran Patel helped me with a return to Amazon. He saved me an unnecessary trip to go to another return facility. Gas & Mileage=saved❤️. So helpful and understanding.

I needed some documents scanned and fortunately UPS sells flash drives too. Jacob works at this store and he was so friendly and helpful to me. He got all my documents scanned into the flash drive. Thank you so much for your kind assistance!!!

Just moved to this area and used this location for the first time recently. Just had to get postage for a a single piece of mail. Service was prompt and very friendly. Store manager was engaged with the customers. Sure that I do my shipping for Christmas there,that the same attention will be similar to my first visit. Then I change it from a 4 star rating to a 5 star!!!!
