My first time at this dry cleaner, I took a beige linen blazer with no specific remarks when I dropped it off but when I picked it up the lady told me they couldn’t remove the stain I said there was no stain and she said well there was and charged me $8.83 I paid their fee and end up with a ruin blazer because the stain is in one of the pockets I’m very upset they should take responsibility. Usually, when I take my clothes to the dry cleaner they make notations to avoid this kind of issue but not at this dry cleaner. Will never come back.

Watch out for quotes prices here! Called ahead to get price quote for pressed shirt. Quoted one price but when picked up cleaning was charged much more per item. Was told a "shirt" is a man's item, a "blouse" is a womans due to the buttons being on opposite side of clothing; therefore, a man's shirt is less expensive to press than a woman's. Really???? So if you are a woman be ready to be charged more than a male! Believe I will find another cleaning business that doesn't discriminate.

Have used them for years, but the last few months service has declined drastically. We took pants they did not clean well and they said they would charge us again to fix them. I know we've taken shirts that had stains when we got them back that weren't there when we took them in. Wife checks this closely. She's had to resort to pre-treating shirt stains that they wouldn't treat. Recently, we went to Masters mark and got excellent service, including removing a stain University said could not be removed. They've lost my business after many years and probably thousands of dollars. There prices have gone out of sight and we never get detailed receipts. Wondering if we were being overcharged. We have choices of who we do business with. It's unfortunate this has happened. When the owner was there, it was much better.

Took family photo clothing here for dry clean and a few alterations. They did a flawless job handstitching the tiny pants my son needed taken in and all was pressed well. The finicky tulle skirts were handed carefully and looked better than new.

My husband has a couple of shirts he prefers to dry clean, and for $2.88 a shirt it is a good deal, but this ONE shirt suddenly cost $5.35 to dry clean with no legitimate reason except "there was a stain", which we know for a fact is not true. Also, make sure you get a receipt when you pay, they do not offer one. We will not return, and want to let others know to beware of their claims of fictitious "stains" to inflate their fees.

Got my kilt back with all the pleats messed up. My utility kilt now has a hole in it. Will not be coming back. Very disappointed.

I was skeptical about this place because of the negative reviews but gave it a try since the new management had good reviews. I'm adding my own good review. They took great care of my wool coat, cleaning off the coffee stains and returning it to me in fantastic condition. Don't let the bad reviews scare you off; the new management has turned this cleaners around.

DO NOT take your clothes to his cleaners!!! They ruined one of my new dresses! And now after reading these other reviews here, I see I am not the only one this happened to. They washed it and didn’t dry clean it (even though the tag clearly says dry clean only) so the black of the dress bled onto the white collar. They didn’t even bring it to my attention. Made me pay for it and drive away not realizing it until I got home. When I called them to discuss it they said I would have to speak to the owner. The owner gave me a call and he took absolutely zero responsibility for it. He blamed it on the manufacturer and that these clothes come from overseas. He told me to take it back to the store and make them give me a new one. Unfortunately they no longer sell this dress so that’s not even possible! Nor is it the stores problem that the dry cleaner ruined it. He was a real jerk when we talked on the phone and kept pointing fingers at the manufacturer. He refused to pay for it whatsoever!! He kept touting he has been in the dry cleaning business for 40 years, blah blah blah! YOU ruined my dress! Take ownership for that! When I went in to pick up the dress and again after he wanted to look at it, I told the girls at the front what the owner’s response was to this situation and how rude he was, and the girl said, “that’s my boss!” Says a lot!
Save your clothes! Go to another cleaners - preferably a well-known chain!! Last time I give a little mom and pop shop like this my business! I learned my lesson.
