I have been a customer at this location since moving here in April of 2022…I’m glad I chose this location.My stuff has been sound and secure and the staff have been amazing.Jeff and Betsi came on board maybe a year ago and have been stellar. Always polite, friendly and accommodating.Oh …can’t beat the price either~highly recommend using their facility if you need extra space.

RUDE!!!!! Was no help, made my elderly mother in law cry and having her feel like she was worthless, had to try and control my husband for the disrespect he was hearing from the man at the building. We will be definitely moving our stuff out and we will never do business with them ever again and suggest people don't go to u stor on anderson rd. if you value the stuff you hold near and dear.

Betsi and Jeff's customer service is top tier. The units and grounds are clean and reasonable priced. I would highly recommend this U-stor location to anyone in need of storage space.

The only thing I don't like is that you can't use the dumpster. When you have a storage unit, your gonna eventually have trash. So you have to take your trash somewhere else to dispose of it...Not cool.

Great experience everytime I've used U-STOR I've had several different units over the years.They are always clean and secure the price is unbeatable! The employees are always helpful and friendly. Plus there conveniently located since I stay in welcome there close by. Definitely recommend them 100% ??
