He refused to tow cars that were on private property. My safety was at risk. I forgot that the south are just a bunch of lazy people that refuse to work.

I called this place around 130 pm to get my car towed from a lot that was closing at 6 and the guy said he would call back to get my card information to pay for the tow. Around 4pm I called because he hadn’t called yet and he assured me they would have my car picked up by 540. By 530 I hadn’t received a call back so I called again multiple times and no answer. Company left me hanging and for no reason. Could have simply said he couldn’t make it there but instead he drags me along all day. Terrible and completely unprofessional. I hate them and do not recommend

They made themselves available in the middle of the night to pick up my truck and drop it off in perfect condition. They also were prepared to jump start my truck with their equipment. Tried to use this towing company, guy was very rude on the phone when I asked about pricing, Said he would be here in 30mins... never showed and would not answer call or text. I suggest looking elsewhere. Found a service for half his price too so I'm glad!

Came when said he would. Drove us and car 60 miles safely. Only AAA certified towing service in that part of Georgia so glad he was available

The guy I talked to was very nice and polite. My Tesla ran out of battery and I called TT Towing, he didn’t have anyone available right away, but he tried his best to help me and give me tips on towing a Tesla. Called, and the guy was not helpful at all. Called on the26th at 10:30 pm for a tow to nearwst shop and he said can't halp and had no avalibility what-so-ever and wouldn't suggest a time for a tow. TerribleService: Car towing
