Received my first order today . The Gioia Partenope Avorio . What a great and beautiful pen ! The nib is rose gold and a 1.1 mm stub , steel. Writes like butter . Also received a gift of a Kaweco Perkeo from Truphae . Shipping was quick , and all arrived safely . I'm so pleased and i will definitely be back for more. Thank you Truphae!

A true gem in the beautiful city of Greenville, SC! If you love pens, ink, etc., it's a must-visit. Their customer service is top notch! Every customer feels like part of the family. My two favorite things they offer are subscription boxes & ink SAMPLES! They even offer free shipping in the US for orders over a certain $ amount.

I was in Greenville on business and only had one hour to visit the store. I communicated this to the owners and they went made sure my time was not wasted. I came away very satisfied. Despite writing with fountain pens for 40+ years, the owner Chris was able to introduce me to an Italian brand I have never owned. I have high expectations and quality standards: Chris' recommendation continues to surprise me as it is a top performer. It is nice that the staff takes the time to listen to their customers and understand their needs and expectations. I am very happy with my purchase and will certainly return to Truphae.

This is by far the best fountain pen store I have ever visited. Their selection is unmatched, and their customer service is second to none. I came in while on a short vacation to trade some pens and Chris was impeccable in his service every step of the way. He held a specific model for me days in advance so it would be ready when I arrived and took the time to show me several other pens and inks while I was there. To no fault of theirs, I found a crack in one of the pens I had purchased when I arrived to my destination. It only took a quick phone call for Chris to contact the distributer and have a replacement part shipped out to me as soon as possible. I can’t recommend this shop enough.
