Took down my review initially because I felt like the owner really heard me out.Its unfortunate I recommended my client to Tru Color. Their contractors, communication, and come-through isn’t great.Tru Color would have been a lifelong resource for my Agency and clients, but because of the experience they provided my client and I, it would be a mistake for me to hire them again.

Every time I'm in a pinch- TruColor comes through for us! The whole team there- from start to finish (Sharon G. is the most organized person, she makes me want to be more organized!) is just phenomenal and always looking out for you. Don't waste your time with other printers.

The team at TruColor are always so great and bend over back to help us meet a quick turnaround. I've been working with them for several years, and everyone I've work with there are super helpful, and they do quality work from printing stationary to mailers and posters or helping us find promotional items for giveaways. They do a great job at communicating any issues and give us very reasonable rates on new and repeat projects! Highly recommend them!

I can't give an opinion on the quality of their work because I didn't get the opportunity to get the cards printed with them. I was disappointed because after several emails and phone calls I was given a date to pick up my cards but guess what.

I love that they have the capability to print so many things locally and in house so I can always rely on them when I need a quick turnaround, which is more often that I'd like to admit... highly recommend!

I really can't say enough good things about TruColor!Our non-profit has been printing with them since 2019 and their team has taken incredible care of us. TruColor is always kind, professional, helpful, and knowledgable.They continually go above and beyond to make sure our organization shines in all of our print pieces.That often means showing us different paper options until we find the perfect one, guiding us on the correct sizing for certain projects, anticipating our needs often before we know them, answering any and all questions we have, fixing our mailing lists when we accidentally send them in wrong, rushing production when we've needed it most, and being incredibly clear on timelines and expectations.I'm so thankful we found TruColor.
