Niki was able to rent me a unit at the location around the corner for the size I needed and gave instructions on how to enter the gate and get to my storage unit, which helped me out a lot since I was running late for an appointment. I rented a unit here and my only complaint was there were so many trucks blocking storage units. It made coming and going difficult and it made me feel like they didn’t care about their customer experience. On the other hand, I don’t think this is up to them and corporate just keeps sending them vehicles to store with minimal storage space.
The staff was incredibly kind/cool and I would use them again just for that.”
“After our terrible experience at the location on Grove Rd. these guys came like a knight in shining armor. The friendliness and above all, the helpfulness was beyond my expectations. “Reserved me 12 ft box truck 10 days in advance. Everything went well except the website didn't tell me about the $150 deposit. Not the stores fault. The truck was shockingly a really nice truck with only 60k miles. Seems like a lot of you guys reserved online same day and didn't call to confirm. Plan better.”
