My sales Rep Sylvie Pheng at Toyota of Greenvile was amazing! She went over and beyond to try and accommodate my wants and needs. The only complaints that I really have is that the dealership itself wouldn’t come down on the price even tho I was paying cash in full for a used 2016 Highlander. Then there were a couple minor things that needed fixed. One thing (the driver lock wasn’t working) Sylvie noticed it before the car ever left the lot and she made sure it was repaired but one of the tire sensors was bad which I feel like they should’ve also replaced because they knew it was bad prior to me purchasing it but had just reset the battery to clear it out. So the light didn’t come back on till I had gotten about 10 mins or so down the road. Again, it was a minor fix but considering I paid full price and cash for the car they should’ve fixed it all in my opinion! ANYWAYS… Shout out to Sylvie Pheng… You’re AWESOME! ? I absolutely love my new to me 2016 Toyota Highlander! ❤️

to many hidden fees make you feel good about buying show you one price but 10,000 more in hidden fees they don’t show you don’t recommend going here not at all

Excellent experience from the time we arrived! Sergio greeted us with a smiling face and listened to what my fiancé was looking for. The original vehicle was purchased in the time we saw the vehicle online and made it into the dealership but Sergio made sure we were able to test drive a same model but different trim vehicle and in the process, another vehicle caught the eye of my fiance and she decided on that vehicle instead. Sergio was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles down to the small features and different trim packages. He was able to get things rolling and Ed took over the financial side and did an excellent job with explaining things and breaking it down. No one was overbearing or pushy like I had experienced at other dealerships in the past. Friendly faces and knowledgeable people providing good service. Thanks to the Toyota of Greenville team! They will definitely be considered for the next car buying experience.

I purchased my Land Cruiser brand new from Toyota of Greenville in 2019. I’ve been coming to this dealership to have my car serviced since then.
My AC stopped blowing cold air three days ago, so I immediately brought it in. Ben got right to it, and by the evening, I had my car back with cold AC. Well, the next day, it stopped blowing cold again. So I took it back. So frustrating. Over a period of two days, they ran test after test and said there’s nothing wrong with it. Meanwhile I’m losing my mind because they’re insisting it works but they’ve done nothing to fix it. So I go back and pick it up today, drive away, and sure enough, the air is blowing hot again. I call right away and tell Josh it’s not fixed, and what on earth is he talking about? I am at the point of tears because nobody is fixing the problem and he’s repeatedly insisting that it must just be me not knowing how to operate it. So he tells me to come back. When I pull in, Josh goes into the touch screen, presses a series of buttons I’ve never seen before, to “show me how to turn on the AC” as if I am an idiot and haven’t been driving this vehicle all day every day for the past five years with zero AC issues.
This experience was exhausting, and it was 100% avoidable. I can’t tell whether it was incompetence or if they were purposefully messing with me for kicks. I will not return.

Order a Toyota 4 runner from them they said give them 3 weeks and with in the three weeks it came in and only had 4 miles on it love them made it easy to do paper work and out of there with in 2hours can't beat their dedication to customers service

Had the pleasure of buying a 2023 Highlander Limited from
Malek Hamze 22 Feb 2023. We decided on a Silver EXL but had to come back the next day. When we returned we changed our mind and bought the Limited one instead. Malek was a professional sales rep from beginning to end. He was understanding of all things we had to say. He gave us good ideas and helped us determine which car fit our needs the best. He was so patient with us as he explained how everything worked on the dashboard. He was not pushy as some reps seem to be and he treated us with respect. Thank you Malek for a great experience !!! You are a credit to this dealership

I had a very good experience at Toyoyta of Greenville, as usual. My salesperson was Ced or Cedric and sometimes goes by Carlton by his fellow workers. He has been there for many years and is very professional. I would suggest asking for him, but everyone there is extremely nice from sales, finance, and the managers working the desk. Thanks, Ced!
