Every time I come into this store they tend to follow me around as if I steal. I only made a trip 2 day 2 get 5 dollars off my Don Julio Resposado and it was in my route home from work. As soon as I hit the tequila aisle, this fat azz black man peeped his head around the corner to let me know he was watching, not 2 assist but 2 send a message. Seeing that they keep that tequila up front I decided to hit the mixer aisle to complete my visit. I ask him, oh they keep the Don up front 2 show that I'm a woman of class and to relax. By this time, there's a caucasian older man speaking with him. I head to the front to close out my purchase. I had to take a couple of minutes 2 send the review because this happens Every Single Time I come here. I do not steal and not all black people steal Total Wine. I work for the State of South Carolina and could take this a step further. Get your act 2gether!

ever since I found this place I don't go anywhere else they have what ever your heart desires from local to foreign it's like a grocery store of spirits waiting to be tasted

As a younger shopper, it was extremely frustrating to watch customer service completely have a change in tone when talking to me. I noticed them being very nice and helpful to older customers, but as soon as I went up for help, they acted like they didn't want to help me and that I didn't belong there. Probably won't be going back unless I have to.

Total Wine is still a great place to shop for all your beer, wine, and spirit needs. They have great selections, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and I can almost always get in and out very quickly.
They also have a walk-in humidor with a nice selection of cigars.

They have a nice selection but they were out of the Blackberry Crown that we went there for. We did purchase some good Gin and Whiskey though ?

Manager was extremely rude when being told the store was closing. I understand having to leave but be a little nicer. It won't hurt.
