Initially thought this was going to be a nice find for shoes for our grand kids. We bought some Birkenstock shoes for our grand daughter. We live out of town -50+ miles, so we don't have an opportunity to shop in Greenville on a regular basis. The shoes did not fit and we needed to exchange them or get a refund. We bought the shoes about a month ago. Went by the store to see what was available. The employee informed me that exchanges have to be done within 7 days of purchase and there are no refunds. They will place the refund amount on your account. SO BUYER BEWARE - ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY WON'T GIVE IT BACK. So, at 30 days, we are out of luck. The rule is posted at the cash register, so it's not a secret, but it is on a small stand at the cash register in black print on a dark blue background. So, to the owner, you got the $106 for the Birkenstocks, but that is where it stops. No more visits - you're off our list! We will shop where our business is truly appreciated. So enjoy the profit you made on this purchase.

I took my great great (too many greats I know) 10 month old nephew to get his first pair of walking shoes. Tootsies Children’s Shoes Greenville had what I was looking for. The sales lady measured his foot, and showed us the shoe styles in his size. I originally wanted the laced white high top walking shoe, but his mother informed me that he messes with the laces on his shoes, so I got a pair with Velcro closings. The sales lady was friendly and helpful, she wrote down my nephew’s name and shoe size, and put that in their computer for future shoe purchases. He also got a pair of stride rite sandals, paid for by his cousin. The shoes are a little pricey, the baby sneakers were $60.42 and the sandals $56.18. Stop by and check them out they have a huge selection of children shoes, along with other items for children.

The young girl with the dark curls and glasses was so sweet and kind. She had the prettiest curls. She greeted me when I walked in the door. I was browsing the shoes to see what Tootsies had. She informed on the different types of shoes and how the sizing worked. I learned a few tips from her. Like different shoes will have different sizes. I told her that my daughter has a more narrow foot, so the young lady suggested Cientas or Saucony. I never would have known that if i went to a different shoe store. I left the store very satisfied. I mostly think I will bringing my daughter here when she needs new shoes. Great customer service.

This store is fantastic! We thought there were not places like this anymore. The customer service was personal and the attention we received way above our expectations. This is a must visit when you need kids shoes.

Not a good selection for little boys. The employee seemed like she was really put out when we arrived. Two good brands but very limited. We found out my son has a wide foot so I guess it was worth the trip, but I'm very disappointed we didn't find something that worked for us and in the experience overall.

This store is awful about greeting and acknowledgement of your entering the store. But I still give 4 stars and continue to go back because once you’ve gotten their attention, they are awesome. But the greetings need some work for sure. ESP for an Augusta Road store where wonderful service should be top priority. The shoe selection is second to none ? wonderful store

Shannon is the perfect person for working with children and properly fitting shoes to their feet. She explains the foot size and shape very well to the parent/grandparent. We have been 100% satisfied with her excellent service.

Went in to buy shoes for my grandson. Asked about prices. Was told she had bigger fish to fry rather than putting prices on shoes. And would I mind if she went in the back to stock while I was looking. My daughter was upset and we left. Found shoes on line instead
