I did not have a positive experience with Tom James and their representative Scott Hughes. Scott is a good guy but out of the blue would get billing notices without any explanation of things purchased a year ago or more.The nail that killed our relationship was the sales tactic to purchase a gift card to give to my wife for Christmas. Great idea! I purchased a gift card for them to size her for a ridiculous priced pair of jeans and they successfully talked her into buying a blazer jacket instead that cost almost 4x the cost of the jeans. Never explaining this to my wife or didn’t think of calling me to tell the price increase of the jacket. Just a text or call to say here is how much is owed and oh by the way a year later get a letter in the mail saying we owed more than what we thought.Nice work Scott. You got me here but you’ve lost my business for life. Fool me once. It won’t happen again.
