I thought that this hotel was going to be amazing! We came in through the front entrance and were greeted immediately by valet, as well as the bellhop. The hotel was very accommodating by letting us check in early we set out on the town had the greatest day ever spent time with friends, visited many shops and restaurantsWe were told by the front desk the lounge was open till 11 on Sunday. It also specifies it on the website till 11 we went in at 10 PM for a nightcap and basically were thrown out of the bar because the bartender wanted to close up shop.We felt embarrassed in front of everybody in the lounge, basically walked out with our tail between our legs and up to our roomMeanwhile, there’s 15 guests sitting in the lounge with drinks having a great timeI don’t understandI’m a Marriott rewards member and most of the lounges are always open at least till 11 or 12 at night to accommodate their late night guests. This is unacceptable.

I have not stayed here in years and had forgotten how much I love the location, rooms and service. The service was spectacular. One person, Teagan, took care of the issues (that was of my making). I actually prefer this place to The Grand Bohemian in Greenville (which is 3x more expensive). SUPERB!!!!!DavidRooms: Plenty big enough with character.Nearby activities: Great bookstore next door and coffee within walking distance (Methodical Coffee).Walkability: Right in downtown.

This was a fantastic find. It's a very comfortable hotel. The rooms are very quiet and clean. They provided a coffee pot, mini fridge, and wine glasses with a bottle opener in our room. The staff are very friendly. There are plenty of cozy sitting corners. There's a fantastic piano bar with free music. The hotel also has a restaurant with a decent breakfast and a coffee shop (that we didn't try.) There is a public parking garage next to it with easy access to the hotel for $7/ day. They also offer valet. It's in the middle of downtown, so it's an easy walk to most everything! We would definitely stay here again.

Friends meet up at the lobby lounge often. Especially enjoy Charlie the piano player on Monday, Tuesday & Saturday. Their salmon is amazing too!

We love that you can walk everywhere downtown from this hotel. You can park the car in the garage (or have it parked for you!) and forget about until it's time to go home. The rooms are comfortable and updated. The lobby bar is a great place to congregate with live music and table service. One star off because housekeeping didn't do up the room one day, but that seems to be a frequent occurrence just about everywhere lately.

My daughter stayed there, I just waited in the lobby! I have been there for my niece wedding before, it is a great venue.

I would like to thank the people at the Westin. After I lost my car in downtown Greenville today the woman at the Front Desk was able to help me by calling Parking Services. Also they allowed me to stay out of the cold which was amazing considering I only had a T-shirt and it was January. If they treat people who walk off the street looking for their cars this well I can only imagine how they treat their guests.

The reason for -1 stars. The bar states it closes at 12:00amAfter arriving after a night out for our friends 30th we arrive back at the hotel at 11:50.Excepting to grab a night cap at the bar we headed over to find they have closed early and informed us to leave the hotel and go across the street. Needless to say this was a disappointment as we planned our night to come back and finish the night with a night cap. Not to go out for another round.

The valet wrecked my $70,000 brand new truck. At least 2k in damage and when called hotel to talk they started to give me std policy statement. Never did the supervisor even apologize. I know at this point be hard to get them to help with fixing being I live in KY but acting like you care someone damaged my property that was in the care of the hotel staff with a simple apology was all I expected, and that didn’t even happen. I will make sure our company never uses this hotel for our conference again. Had a large conference room rented as well as 20-30 rooms for two nights. Feel spent over 10k at the hotel if not much more and thanks given appears to be me paying 2k or more to fix my truck.

Initially I had a room at Aloft 2 blocks away but for many reasons after check in there I asked for a refund to go elsewhere. I found the Westin and immediately booked a room. We arrived and were instantly greeted by the gentleman at the elevator who directed us to the front desk. The front desk personnel was amazing in assisting us and had us checked in to our room in no time. We arrived at the room and found it to be rather nice for what we needed. We attended dinner at a local restaurant and enjoyed a comedy show downtown. After the show we took a stroll back to our hotel where we enjoyed listening to a man play great music at the piano bar while having a night cap. Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel as you will not be disappointed one bit. We will be returning to this location.

I’m here about once a quarter. The rooms aren’t the greatest but the bar has amazing service. If you’re here and Emily is working the bar you’re in luck, she’s amazing! The duck wings…! Get them, trust me. The entire staff has been great every time I’m here. If you want to use the business center just know that you’ll hear a lot of outside noise. There’s a giant gap from the top of the door and the ceiling so there’s no real sound barrier. Parking isn’t bad at all, $7 dollars a day in the attached garage.

The Westin Greenville was a great visit. I don't typically review hotels but the sleep I got here was some of the best I've ever had.The location was great as was the staff. The rooms were a bit dated to Marriott standards, the Westin takes that older look normally but it felt like the rooms were a bit older than usual.Overall great stay, would recommend.

Overall good experience, above average. Stayed there one night. Helpful staff and the Bonvoy app worked very well. Location was great and despite being downtown, very quiet. Considering the cost of the room I believe it could've been a bit more in the '5 Star" range. B++

This is such a delightful place. Perfect location, right in the center of town, close to everything. The hotel is older, but well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are polite and welcoming. The rooms are of a reasonable size, neither small, nor large. There is a desk and a winged chair. The furniture is of an older design, which adds to the theme of the hotel. The breakfast here is very nice. It's a simple buffet, but has all that you need. The restaurant is classy. Valet parking is $20 a day, and the Vallette staff are my favorite people here. I love the elderly gentleman who I always get to chat with. This is definitely a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Greenville
