Do not do business here. This guy would rather get snotty than fix his mistakes.
They typed the receiver’s name in wrong. It’s really as simple as that. I can see from the tracking that it was delivered, but then it was returned because the name was wrong, and they couldn’t find the person I was delivering to. This guy tried to say it wasn’t delivered, and then refused to check the tracking to see what I was telling him was true. Made up something stupid about some people deliver and some people don’t. And the he yelled at me and and told me to leave. Just check the tracking.
What is WRONG with you? You simply refused to check the facts and had a hissy fit (I know what it said on n the package, but I can also see the tracking information because it’s 2024. You are wrong). Could have been easily fixed, but instead you lost a customer (you already told me you don’t care) and a negative review.
Updated after your response: Why would you say “this is not the impression we want to leave?
Yes it is. You refused to work with me and told me to leave the store. What other impression could you possibly leave with that attitude?

Please keep in mind that I rarely give 5 star reviews to anyone, if I could give this UPS Store location 10 or more stars I would.
This UPS Store is very conveniently located?. It is family owned, and Mike, Chris, and Christy are always a joy to work with, they are always very friendly and kind. Everyone is welcomed in upon entry, they are always kind, professional, & knowledgeable, and service is always very quick even during very busy times including the holidays. This store is always clean and organized and they offer lots of services to meet your needs. For instance, they do invitations, they sell shipping supplies, you can fax, scan, & copy, they have post office boxes as well, and if you need to return/ship things to manufacturers or stores (Amazon, Spectrum, etc.) or pick something up from there (UPS Access Point), come to this location. The aforementioned are only a few of the things they offer. I have been in picking up or shipping things out and there would be a line but the line always moved very quickly, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped and I’m always in and out in less than 10 minutes even when I’ve shipped lots of packages and cards or had to finish a printing project. Plus they work as a team. They are right across from the park in Hollingsworth park. They always go that extra mile to help customers.

Shut this location down, it’s always one person working here and they always have the worst attitude, they won’t even wait packages for you, they always have a mess inside the store an are very disorganized, all the other locations are great compared.

Friendly service and ver polite but I mailed it Monday so it would get the the College by Thursday said it had to go regular mail package as of Tuesday at 7pm hasn’t even left the business going to go by at lunch tomorrow and take it to the post office myself maybe overnight it 8.12 is a lot for a package to just sit for two days
