Absolutely the best place to buy your jewelry within a 50 mile radius. The best prices period, if you have an idea of what you want they can make it happen even if it's not in the store. DC was very patient with me and resourceful as I talked out the style of engagement ring I wanted. If I ever need anything else I'm going here and I'm sending everyone I know who plans on getting engagement rings to them.

Friendly. Quick and accurate work. I needed a new battery for my watch. It was installed in a few minutes and the price was VERY reasonable. Even though it was a bit of a drive it was worth the trip.

I have been going to the Jewelers Box for a few years!The nicest couple owns it, they're wonderful!I have had many repairs and have also bought some beautiful jewelry!I absolutely appreciate that they work hard to get my items back to me, within a reasonable time frame!The shop is clean and quaint. Great location!They're upfront and honest!I will continue to do business with this shop!

Went to the Jewelers Box to get my engagement ring resized and have a stone replaced! The owner was able to give me a quote quickly and they had it done the next day! What’s also great is that you can see the craftsman at work in the corner and the security check in at the door! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and affordable fix!

Everything went perfect a the Jeweler's Box for my wedding ring upsize resizing. I was greeted at the door by Diego with a smile. He is the master jeweler and provided me with an excellent resizing measurement and then went ahead and gave me an excellent price for his craftsmanship. He finished the resizing in 2 hours!!! This service is unheard of anywhere in the Greenville area.....certainly not available at the large jewelry stores in the area.Best of all the ring was cleaned and now I am able to wear my wedding ring with pride. My wife is very happy as well!Thank you to The Jeweler's Box!

DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN. The owner deci is a con artist. I dropped my necklace off to be repaired and it was not the same necklace returned me. I have pics of my necklace and the owner will not hear me out. She was very rude to me and did not take my feelings into account. I took my necklace to get tested at another jeweler and they told me that it wasn’t 14k. I told this to the owner and she got upset that I would dare go to another jeweler. My necklace was 18 inch and the necklace returned to me was 26 inch. The owner first says that the necklace was not from her establishment then she says that it is. She said that I stretched the necklace to 26 inches. I have a chain that does not belong to me. She will not help me. She was very rude and talked to me like a child. She is a shady business owner. DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN. She doesn’t like people of color. Notice the bad reviews are coming from those who are black and brown. She says this is false but it’s the truth! Screw her and her business. Go straight to hell.

My local jewelry store in Greer closed and I was looking for a small store to buy something for my wife. Nothing against the big chains, I just wanted someone who could give me something personal.I found The Jeweler's Box by happenstance and decided to give it a try. The door is locked (presumably for security), but the lady in charge buzzed me in quickly. She asked if she could help and I explained I was looking for something for my wife's birthday. I explained that I still had two days left and we both laughed a bit.I saw something I really liked, but it was out of my price range. She pointed to a different display and I found something quickly that I knew my wife would love. We swapped the chain for a slightly longer and thicker chain. She then offered to gift wrap it and even put it in a nice small bag.My wife loves the butterfly necklace. I'll definitely be back to shop here again.
