Frustrated to arrive prior to close and be turned away to another toy store as workers exit early! This has happened twice !

Nice selection of toys Went on a Friday after my little boys first hair cut. Door was locked. It was 4:55 and they close at 5. All we wanted was to get my upset son a toy for being a big boy. Lady barely let us in - "he found 5 more minutes" she said to the other workers, as they sighed. "Not on our clock" another lady said. This place closes at 5pm and gosh darn those employees are racing out then. I bet the owner would not like to see that. The store is 5 star. Employees 2 on a good day.

Cute store. Lots of unique toys and items. Worth checking out. Prices are a bit outrageous. Store was packed full of people. Everyone was elbow to elbow on top of each other , made it hard to look around. Overall , my kid was happy.

The store is cute but very crowded. It has a little bit of everything. Staff could be more friendly imo. Lots of items for all ages. Could be pricey but maybe worth it if it's an item that is hard to find.

Wonderful children's toy store! I've been going here for years. Back when my employees had young families, at Christmas, I would call up ET, give names, ages and price range......that afternoon, I would go pick up all the gifts for the kids, wrapped and perfect! Still use them when friends grandkids have birthdays. They are the best people! Thank you!

The store is small but seemed to have a lot of things. We are from our of town and where we live, the small stores are ALWAYS more friendly and helpful. We like to support local small businesses, so when we found ourselves unexpectedly in Greenville for Christmas due to my mother being on hospice, we thought we might be able to "save" Christmas for our children and support this store as well. Unfortunately, the employees were incredibly rude. They acted like I was bothering them and creating a huge inconvenience when I asked if it would be ok for me to buy the gifts but another family member pick them up so the kids wouldn't see the bags. We have enough going on without adding this to it, so we took our business (and nearly $1000 of purchases) elsewhere.

This was my first time visiting. This store is absolutely ? outstanding. The staff are so sweet and they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and are so helpful. Everything in the store is unique and educational and is a child's dream place to shop. I mostly worked with Madison who was a sweetheart and 3 other exceptional women and I apologize for not remembering your names. I would definitely give all of them 10 stars ?. Thank you for your kindness, your assistance and wrapping my gifts ? ?. I will definitely be back again and again ??❤

Everyone here is extremely helpful. We came in looking for a gift for a 5 year old and they were so fast to give us suggestions and helped us find the perfect gift for our nephew. They wrapped it super cute and even the card we picked out matched perfectly! Thanks guys!
