If it wasn’t for a sale this place would be over priced like you couldn’t believe. It felt like a discount store but the prices didn’t match b go. Super messy. Like you couldn’t move around freely messy.The staff was friendly and polite but it wasn’t ran well. Overall wildly under impressed.

I went into the store today at the Haywood Mall to pick up an online order. The store was a mess and very dirty. There were clothes and shoes all over the floors in every aisle. The shelves were a wreck. I intended to shop after I got my order, but immediately left the store as I felt like everything was dirty.

Is one of my best place to buy clothes for the kids I personally love children store I definitely recommend and if you have return just take to the store and returned very easy to do that and you can exchange them too

The customer service sucks, the store is a mess , they don’t listen . I did an in store pick up order the night before , have them until 2pm the next day and not only had they not attempted to fullfil the order they waited til the stuff the website said was available was gone so I ended up with 6 shirts & no pants . I’m so pissed ! Every one in the store lack’s professionalism . I walked around the store and found most of the items needed to actually complete my order but the workers were too lazy to even make sure u was able to get them . They might as well shut the whole store down . It’s barely open anyway and when it is it’s worst then walking in tj maxx , Ross and Burlington put together . This store really gives children place a bad name . Find new managers and workers cause they clearly don’t give a damn! If they stayed open most days instead of always closing early maybe they could get they inventory together . Ain’t no reason for a children’s place to close early during back to school time cause obviously everybody shopping !!!

Went there today to exchange items and store closed before 6 pm..This is ridiculous. They keep closing early..Came in one day to buy some items the amount of disrespect he shows for his workers in front of customers is sad!! Manager there needs to be fired it's ridiculous!!!

Closed at 5pm in the middle of the week when supposed to be open until 9pm. They should let shoppers know when coming in within an hour of closing at a random time that they are closing soon.

Walked into this location today, and I was not impressed . The store was in a shamble. The cashiers were standing behind the counter and elected not to greet any of the customers entering the store. I looked at the two cashiers and both rolled their eyes as if they were annoyed. Another store clerk walked to the back and brushed against and still no greeting of welcome how may I help you? I immediately walked out the store and contacted the corporate office in complete disappointment. I will never shop in this store again !!!

JUST SHUT DOWN! Box everything up, send it over to Gabes and shut this place down. I have attempted to go to this store twice today to return something. The first time there was a note saying the store would open at 2, the second time which was after 3, the note was changed and it said the store will not be open at all. Whoever is managing this place should be fired and all of the employees need to be fired. There are too many people that need and want a job out here for the customers to be dealing with this foolishness of wasting time and gas and the store is not even open when it should be.

Great store. Usually buy online but decided to pass by today. Great service and prices for uniforms where Great. Not to many places like this left anymore. Is good to have a place to try uniforms and check quality vs online stores.

I am beyond LIVID with this company. I order from here ALL the time and never have any issues. In this situation I paid for my merchandise that was NOT received. 3 out of 4 packages arrived, not on time but I understand its the holidays. So I am angry that your process is to make me contact the postal service, file a claim, once I get the response I have to CALL you back again to let you know the resolution. I have spent 3.5 hours on the phone between your hold time and the USPS. No worries... I am going to file this claim, get my money back, close my credit account and never ever shop here again. This experience was enough to make me say HELL NO.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never met a friendly worker in this store, my last visit the girl ignored me when I asked her a question, threw my bag at me and handed me my receipt looking down at her computer. Didn’t make eye contact or even say hello when we walked up. The customer service is THE WORST! Give people a job who want a job not these rude girls you have working.

I shop there all of the time for my daughter, however, it’s usually inside the store ... recently I placed an order online that I waited 3 weeks past the estimated ship date... they were supposed to notify me never received a notification so I called (not a huge deal) was told my package was there ... went to the store after waiting over a month and half for my package to find out my order was wrong ... the girl opened my box and the items were someone else’s naturally I was upset and asked for the manager (Tanisha) who came over very rude and told me I needed to call customer service... I went home called and was unable to reach anyone from their customer service department ... returned to the store the next day with the items that were not mine and requested they open the box they had for the woman who’s items I had... I was told they could not open someone else’s box (as if this was a breach of hipaa or like I was trying to get the woman’s credit information or something) and that I needed to call customer service again... I explained that this is their mistake and they need to call customer service ... the manager was blatantly rude lied to me ... long story short I googled the woman who’s packages I had we went in to the store together and low and behold my items were in her box as I had suspected ... worst experience ever worst management encounter ... I will be writing a letter to their corporate and customer service department ... steer clear of this place or buying anything online and definitely make sure if you request a manager Tanisha is not who you want to help you ...
