Candice was very patient and helpful in getting 2 of our old iPhones erased and ready to send in for trade-in. We has some screen time restrictions and different Apple IDs that we didn't have passcodes for, but she was able to solve these issues and got both phones erased. Thank you Candice!

I just went in this store to look at watches and headphones. Watches were kept in the back and not on display. Headphones were in there box hanging on the wall with none on display that you can try on and listen to. How does this help a customer decide what fits and sounds good. Real tall guy with long greasy hair wasn't very helpful and didn't offer to show me anything. Based off this experience I will not be back to this store and will be taking my money elsewhere.
