I recently bought 3 large bags of beef jerky, all different flavors, online from this place spending well over $100 and it the worst beef jerky I have ever bought! I bought from this store in person and picked my bags and they were all good but my recent order online was absolutely a waste of money. Usually the jerky is soft and moist but these 3 bags were all tougher then shoe leather and were all way over seasoned. With my limited income I'll never buy from this place again! Costco jerky is WAY better.

This place makes me happy ? Ryan really helped me narrow down all the options to what my pallet really likes! A very knowledgeable young man! I can’t wait to come back and visit again! Next time I’m going to try the sauces!

I both love and hate this place. I love their vast variety of beef jerky and other things they have such as different flavors of honey, hot sauce, and creepy candy. I hate this place because my fiancé keeps buying too much jerky whenever he’s here and I feel the need to buy a lot of honey. It’s so good!

Visited the store for the first time ever today. The guy at the register didn't even acknowledge my presence. He didn't really look like much of a friendly person anyway. I left fairly quickly.

The Beef Jerky Experience at Haywood Mall in Greenville is a great place to go for all things quality beef jerky and much more. I really like all of the different flavors and varieties that they have available here.

Their customer service is by far the most impressive i have experienced in my entire life! I had ordered some of my husband's favorites for our anniversary on Tuesday. On Friday the package came and it was dog treats. I emailed the store and let them know the situation. Steve emailed me back and by Sunday he had hand delivered the correct order to my door personally! This meant the world to me! Mistakes happen but typically a company will ask you to come in and fix it. I appreciate that he made sure it was corrected without causing me any inconvenience and my husband is still getting his goodies on time!

I really like the dude working this store he is engaging and does his best to help you get what you want!! They also carry vegan jerky which is kind of cool since I have a vegan friend.

amazing service!! even with online service. no other store answered my messages, i sent 3 or 4 stores messages because the one here in Columbia closed. Gville is the only ones who replied and took great care of all my needs! 5 stars all the way

The sales clerk wasn't interested in helping us and barely showed and interest in ringing us up. Products are over priced for this to be an outlet store.
