Great customer service!. I wasn’t offered a tow truck by police or ambulance at the scene of accident. They were there to pick up the other vehicle that drove head on throws my car wrong lane etc They setup n helped us tow my vehicle off the road. Very helpful all the way.Frank was super nice and friendly front desk N specially the tow guy.Thank You.!

I had to have my bumper replaced on my 4runner a few weeks back. About a week ago I noticed it was sagging, I got to looking and discovered why. How do you not put back all the screws, clips, bolts when installing a new bumper? I questioned how they had my new bumper installed it in 2 days…. They didn’t install it properly. Super lazy and sloppy work that I got charged over 850.00 for. When I took my vehicle back up there, I asked them to fix it and to give me some compensation for my time and sloppy work. They refused, even after admitting the guy didn’t put nearly half my screws/bolts back and they couldn’t locate what happened to them. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.Service: Body & Trim

I was given a list of body shops that I could choose from (if I wanted to) from my insurance. Something told me to call this one first. Some of these reviews made me nervous after my car was there, but they did great work! It took awhile to get the correct part in some cases, but they took the time and effort to find the correct parts. And they are also REALLY good people (the type of people that would give you the shirt off their back if you needed it). I would absolutely use them again in the future if I needed to.Service: Body & Trim

This automotive shop provided the ultimate service and most responsive repair on my Jeep that I have ever experienced. I’m a 61 year old military veteran traveling from out of state and needed immediate repair. They took the time to fix it on the spit. I only wish they were located in my home town! Overall outstanding!

-0 stars greenville county allows them to charge people or they both split the profit off the $300-500, 1 day storage tows 5 -15 minutes away. they have profited for years doing this same ponzi scheme that its need to gain national attention no differnent then kidnapping someone the holding them ransom allowing for their good ole boys to mostly profit from people that have got detained usually they have a darker skin complexion and charge that person 100 times more than he would charge his fellow good ole boy & they then call on tatham or their close friends to overcharge that minority while they all look the other way like it didnt happen... basically kick a man while their down and no one ever knows but the officer victim and the tow truck owner who then slides the police a few $$ for the tow.....worldly ways everyone know police are crooks with a gun and license to do it....but the irs needs to investigate stituations like these....companies like these dont get tax breaks they should not receive but they not looked because agencies like bbb they wont even allow to place a complaint them...they been doin this for years since the baseball stadium bought thier building for that undisclosed amount ...-0 stars for the fact they've caused people to lose their cars, just cause gcpd allowed them to and they are still thier pick to overcharge people in a driving situation with the power to change it but they wouldnt they chose greed...now i must do the opposite and give away some food for their mind so they can decide from the truth since greenville is filled with so many people...

This place has been in business a very Long time, My family has been going to them for over 25 years, The staff are very Friendly and make you feel very comfortable. They help and explain to any unexperianced person like myself when it comes to cars, about the vehicle, what exactly they will be doing and are more than happy to answer any questions you might have and are very polite in doing so,without making you feel like your a burden or just plain out d**** I'm ALWAYS very pleased with their work, no complaints whatsoever, just know when you take your vehicle to Tatham Body shop it will be in the best of hands.

I have been using Tatham Body Shop since 1988. It is my preferred shop for repairs. I never have to worry about them doing a beautiful job. It will look great and they put it back together like it was new.(I have had to use a different shop one time & kept finding no screw where there should be 1.)I will always go to Tatham Body Shop if I can because they do it right the 1st time. And their work is precision.
