I live an hour away from this Target. I have tried to call at least 10 times regarding an item they supposedly have in stock. The rest of the targets around me don’t have this item, on the woodruff road target. But how would I know since they won’t answer the phone. They won’t be getting my business. I will not be making the drive just for them to more than likely not have the item I’m looking for.

Seriously something wrong with the cashier’s here. They are aggressive to the point of violence. Throwing things and acting crazy with customers. Cool cool I don’t need to shop at target . Amazon is fine!

I purchased some items at this Target last week. When I got home I realized the item I was planning to wear the following day was not in the bag. I drove 15 minutes back to the store and upon reviewing the video footage they gave me the item I was missing. While I appreciated the $5 gift card that didn’t even cover my gas I feel that an apology would have been nice. In the next days to follow I realized I was also missing another item so an entire bag of clothes. I drove all the way back again and they followed the same procedure and after 15 minutes or so gave me the item. This time no apology or $5 gift card. I completely understand human error but the customer experience for me around this was very disappointing.

If you’re not going to let your customers do self check out if they have over 10 items, teach your cashiers how to better bag items. There’s no reason my fruit should be in the same bag as my Clorox wipes and I have to take my own stuff off the damn belt. They also take significantly longer and it’s hard to see if they double scanned stuff or not because you can’t look back through before you pay. We also almost did not get the gift card promotion that was going for diapers.
If I’m a better cashier than your other cashiers, let me use the self check out. If you’re trying to reduce theft then maybe teach that old woman that always runs self
check out to stop running her mouth and actually watch people cause I’ve watched plenty of people just bag stuff while she’s standing on the other side running her month.

Horrible customer service. I stood in the electronic section for 15 minutes. I told the young lady working in need help. But she just sat there cussing up a storm with her friend. One guy walked up with a small tv she acknowledged him and she still saw me standing there. She didn’t even help me.

This company is really annoying. The workers are rude, everything is overpriced. I honestly only come in here to look for clearance but it’s not even worth it at this point. Go to self checkout to purchase one thing and have a worker literally standing there, need a security item removed from it so after ringing up ask to have it removed then they check to make sure it’s rung up (obviously) then walk out HOLDING my receipt and the alarm goes off. I’m holding ONE item with the receipt IN my hand and they act like I’m a criminal. Jesus Christ what a joke.
