Absolutely disgusting bathrooms. Trash all over the floor near the food area at the front of the store. Store is dirty and crowded. Good upgrades to layout but needs work on cleanliness.

The consumer cellular staff in electronics are useless. I tried to ask her if a book was in stock, and she instantly got an attitude about having to do work instead of talk to her coworkers.

Target is awesome! I never really shopped at target much until recently. This location seems to be excellent. I’ve had plenty of times where I needed assistance from employees and they were always friendly and accurate and helped me.
I recommend going there further clothes! Great value! ?

asked if i could buy a display and the remainder of the toy inside but was told i couldn’t until october when the promotion was done. just for them to throw it away a week later, extremely annoying as i asked several times when it was becoming close to being empty

The customer service here is trash. I've ordered multiple online orders and all 3 of my last orders were missing items with NO refund. Highly disappointed. Will no longer be shopping. from any South Carolina location.

I purchased some items at this Target last week. When I got home I realized the item I was planning to wear the following day was not in the bag. I drove 15 minutes back to the store and upon reviewing the video footage they gave me the item I was missing. While I appreciated the $5 gift card that didn’t even cover my gas I feel that an apology would have been nice. In the next days to follow I realized I was also missing another item so an entire bag of clothes. I drove all the way back again and they followed the same procedure and after 15 minutes or so gave me the item. This time no apology or $5 gift card. I completely understand human error but the customer experience for me around this was very disappointing.

I live an hour away from this Target. I have tried to call at least 10 times regarding an item they supposedly have in stock. The rest of the targets around me don’t have this item, on the woodruff road target. But how would I know since they won’t answer the phone. They won’t be getting my business. I will not be making the drive just for them to more than likely not have the item I’m looking for.

Seriously something wrong with the cashier’s here. They are aggressive to the point of violence. Throwing things and acting crazy with customers. Cool cool I don’t need to shop at target . Amazon is fine!
