Absolutely horrible customer service I came in to fix some issues with Netflix (which I never got) Spanish guy was incredibly rude like I was inconveniencing him! I came to T-Mobile to switch from spectrum thinking it was going to be more affordable and boy do I regret it! How in the world am I paying $200 just for phones! ?!? I was told I would get money back for signing up! Never got a cent back! Now I’m going to have $1000 so I can leave T-Mobile and get rid of y’all! Pease do not business with these people! They are incredibly deceiving and unprofessional! If I could give it 0 stars I would!

The people in this Tmobile are disrespectful and lie. Been trying to return a phone to receive the credit and they gave me the run around. I asked for the manager and she told me she had NO way to contact him/her and she didn't know when they would be there. These people are NOT helpful at ALL. This place is a JOKE!!! I wouldn't recommend this Tmobile at ALL!!

I like T-Mobile, but this specific store lied to me multiple times while attempting to do a trade-in service. The woman told me that in order to get the promotion that I wanted, we would have to upgrade our plan, did that, only to find out that their trade-in system was down. She also told me that the phone that I wanted would be free with the promotion. Called for three days and it was still down. Called four different stores and none of the other stores were down so I went to a different store and they were able to do the trade-in just fine. However, they told me that this store “locked” my plan because they could not offer me the trade-in promotion same day without having to charge me an extra $100, which is probably why they lied to me. I had to have my plan unlocked because that was literally the only reason we upgraded the plan!! Only to discover that the phone would NOT be free!! Another lie. This store also told us that we would have the option of going back down to our original plan after two years, and the store I actually upgraded with said this was not true, unless we are grandfathered in with the old plan. Another lie? Overall, the woman lied to us or did not have the information correct and worst of all, this is a corporate store. Even the other T-Mobile store was shocked and the information provided to me. Barry, one of the employees, was great to speak with and tried to help us, but the woman we spoke with shut us down almost immediately and just would not help us. DO NOT COME HERE.

Ricky was beyond patient with me (and all my questions) and so helpful. I needed help with a return and he was very professional. I’m very impressed with this T-Mobile location and I definitely recommend it.

Very nice store with knowledgeable reps. Had a few phone issues that they resolved. Took time to work with me without making me feel like a fossil. Respected my service and wisdom. No racist antics. Loved this experience and service.

Came in to get my T-mobile Tuesday freebie and get information on T-mobile internet. I was given a price that's half of what we've been paying spectrum! Also, you get 14 days to try it out.

I’m trying to connect my Apple Watch in the store and then tell me that I can do it I have to do in my own what kind of customer service is this I buy my iPhone here and I buy my Apple Watch here but you don’t can connect it t Mobile they should be better And the guy Who was spoken to me in the store it was not helpful at all he’s name is Michael he don’t want to help me at all she say you do it yourself he told me and he tell me in us you have to have a social Michael was very racist to me and he don’t wanna call the manager for me is too bad such a good company is going bad I decided to go with Verizon At least they’re not races there like Michael in the t mobile

If there was anything below one star I would have used it…The worst customer service bunch of organized mafia employees….be careful read before you sign… they can bluff you out because all they care about is their percentage bunch of liars…Cheap employees no ethics no value no respect….I have a family plan all my 5 phones are paid off…came to see if we are eligible to upgrade the lady said oh yes of course you are I will take your phone for $400 and you are eligible for iPhone 12 for no extra charge….if I am not mistaken her name is Lexi and the manager Ricky all he did was say sorry for the miscommunication so they took my iPhone 11 and gave me an iPhone 12 for $27 payments every month ….did not agree on that she did not even say anything about any payments ….. where is the customer service I called T-Mobile and they said nothing can be done so guess what I don’t care about T-Mobile even if it’s free you just lost a customer and I will be spending my time telling everyone about my experience…I called the store 3 times they said the manager will call me back nothing happened I came to the store 2 times and they told me we will contact you…wow is this how T-Mobile value there customers …..

Barry is fantastic. I worked in wireless for over 10 years back in the day and dealt with many reps. He is one of the best I have seen.
