I had a computer that wouldn't power on and brought it here for troubleshooting and to fix it. Sergio was very quick at determining the issue and was very honest with me on options to fix it and the cost. The processor/motherboard appeared to be fried. He could have easily recommended just doing the work, which would have cost a significant amount just in parts, but he was straight up with the risks of using used parts to do the repair and potential to need both a motherboard and processor as the burning smell was from that general area, and he was clear that the cost could be more than the computer was worth In the end to do the repair. In the end, I decided to just buy a new laptop and transfer everything over from the old hard drive. Sergio bought what was needed to evaluate the old hard drive so it could be used as an external drive and helped transfer the files. His pricing was very fair and he was very quick! I'll return in the future for any other computer issues!

Whew when I tell y’all Sergio is a life saver‼️HIGHLY RECOMMEND ‼️I was stressed out for a year thinking , just knowing I was gone have to get me a laptop. Within 5 mins he knew what the problem was & was able to fix it. He was very respectful, cheerful & patient. He is also very reasonable! He really deserves more then 5 stars! Thanks again ?

Sergio is the best. Pricing is amazing. I had an AIO my son smashed it. Took it to him and he gave me a time frame to have it done . He was done way before. He’s very professional. He’s my new computer guy. I promise he won’t disappoint

The new Avast AV update trashed my laptop! I deleted it but my computer wouldn't restart after telling me for 20 minutes that it was restarting - . I called a few repair services and finally got a human at Surge Tech, hooray! I was talked through the simple solution by the Tech and restarted up right away. It was so easy and I'm writing down the process for future use if needed - but hopefully not, lol ;). I'm very grateful for the kindness and technical expertise given me by this person/company.

Great guy who runs the shop tons of knowledge and straight up guy. He sales authentic parts/chargers not off brands that will mess up your hardware also has great prices he beats all prices local to him and corporations. Also he does shirt printing and knows how to do anything software and hardware related.literally a one stop shop.... Not to mention the location has tons of great authentic mexican street foods so if you have a wait you can enjoy a refreshment. Keep up the good work!
