Truist is a nightmare. Miss Suntrust. The branch gives you a 888-# to fix the problems Truist created. When you call this # you get trapped w information for medical alert buttons, social security disability and/or Medicare. When you GO to branch you are passed off w someone who makes things worse. Switched back to receiving paper statements in mail to compare what is actually in accts and what is electronic.

Teller at drive thru needs to be retrained on different account types and rules for depositing and cashing checks. Very disappointed and she cost me to lose money will not go back to this location.

Went there yesterday 12/30/22 waited in line to speak with someone about my car loan. They were like take a seat someone will speak with you. Austin was a banker supposedly. He had to go get the other banker Sarah and she was aweful. Rude and just kept cutting me off acted like she couldn’t do anything that I was asking of her. I was more frustrated walking out than walking in. Don’t do business with them.

The worst customer service. Would not let me access my account. The manager and tellers are completely incompetent and useless. Throwing authority around like they’ve been sworn in by the FBI yet still too bothered to actually do their jobs with any integrity. Waste of life in this branch. Save yourself the hassle and headache by visiting any other branch than this. After that do yourself a service by switching banks all together. The interaction at this branch was the final straw to make me start the process of finding another bank to handle my personal and business accounts.

Worst service ever, at the drive-thru asked for a pen so I could sing some checks I needed to cashout never got one back , all the 2 tellers did was talk with each other, ended up going inside and then the guy inside looked at me like i was from another planet when I told him I was cashing out 2 checks, he then proceeded to look at the checks for a good 3 minutes like he's never seen a check before and then proceeded to do the transaction, then he slammed my ID and debit card on the counter after he was done with them and he did the same with the cash , didn't even offered a envelope or anything to put the money, I won't be stopping at this location again.

So I’ll be honest, Truist has not exactly been on my good side as an institution since the merger happened… until today. Reyna Gonzalez at this location was not only wonderful, but the first person to make me feel heard and not just like another number since the merger happened. She actually listened to me, and addressed my concerns, and offered actual advice that I found both informative and helpful and I wanted to make sure that she was acknowledged for that. Reyna, if you read this, thank you.

The transition from BB&T has been less than stellar. Have tried to call the required phone number for issues with my mortgage account for the past two days. Both days I gave up after being on hold for over 30 mins. I’ve been on hold for 40 mins as I type this. Will be closing all 5 of my accounts and will refi my mortgage to another lender asap. There should be a zero star rating for these folks…
