Cynthia was so helpful. I was having problems with my GPS and was late getting to the storage area. It was Friday night. She went to the facility. She even spoke Spanish to the movers. I could have had a mess on my hands but Cynthia saved the day.

I have been with this company just a few months now. I done all my stuff online. I have paid each invoice for the last three months a total of 237.86 and just received another invoice a few days ago... still in September, for another 20.00. Each time I have been called which has been numerous, they can not explain to me what's going on. They keep telling me their computers are not connecting with their "online store". The reason for the two stars is the in-house people seem to be apologetic, but nothing is accurate. The reason for this review is because I am seeing a lot of false advertising. I don't mind paying, but get your info. straight. So I am switching to another storage unit quickly. Be careful of this place people.

Storage unit is clean, easy to access and very helpful to have different size roller carts to move items from my car. Large door entry and safe location with good security system. The associate Cynthia Garcia is very friendly and does an excellent job explaining the storage zone services and overall features. Really like the AC inside and smooth wide floors.

If you are looking for a safe, easily accessible, affordable storage unit, look no further. Storage Zone has everything you're looking for. The place is clean, the prices are great, and very accessible. Cynthia is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. I now have 2 units here, and wouldn't go anywhere else! I highly recommend renting at Storage Zone!

I have my complete household contents stored here. The staff is amazing, very polite, and helpful. It has 24 hour access, it's reasonably priced, and the location is great.
