Continually this Staybridge Is Above the average hotel. Clean rooms, what sets this Staybridge apart is the staff! Karen, Penny, Michelle and Celeny. They are ALAWAYS friendly, super personable, and kind. It's always refreshing to see their faces every stay. The Breakfast and Social are ?, Offering more than the average hotel Breakfast. Already lookin forward to my next stay!

I have been here 6 times. And it’s crazy that the people still remember me when I come back. I always stay here on my business trips. They feed you! They serve you drinks! And it’s not an extra fee at all. Go jump in the pool and enjoy your stay.
Plus they accepted my dog so I’m grateful for that. They even have a doggie treat bowl at the front.

I enjoy the hotel you can got outside by the pool and enjoy your food. This breeze that was blowing you feel si relaxed. The Serer Ms. Celery I hope I spell her name right. She was so friendly she kept checking to see if you was alright and letting us if we needed more food it was on the way. Hotel is very nice and even the Bed just right.
Rooms: The Room was very nice it has your Stove if you want to cook or Microwave. You have your Silverware's, your Plates, cups, glassware. It's just real nice.

Gave a 1-star because the property advertised a wonderful inviting pool but had not opened it for the season yet. We brought a large group of kids thinking they could swim. Lots of unhappy campers. Staff never did anything to compensate.
Other than that, the rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Very nice breakfast. I hate to give it a 1-star but that was a huge deal for our group.

The hotel is very nice it was the services I received mainly from patty really gave me racist vibes I work for IHG ! Went to stay at the stay bridge under the employee rate thinking me and my kids would be good till we found a place then I met patty oh u can stay no longer then such and such then she called the sales man his funky tail gone go change me employee rate to higher so I reached out to the manager she informer we. An only stay on the properties for 14 days now . Been here since the 13th of April today is the 26 if I stayed tonight it would make it my fourteenth night . Then on top of that I been paying every day all of a sudden oh my payment didn’t go thru when on my end it shows it did they keep trying and trying to take extra money off my card to me it seem patty is racist she gave me the hardest time here all we did was sleep here and go to work take my kids to school so I didn’t see what the problem is if u ever watched the movie Karen Staybridge is def giving those vibes . Thank for you time at the Staybridge but the whole time I felt unwelcomed I would really like to talk to someone higher then robin
Rooms: Room was nice it’s not a a lot of diversity in this hotel so they don’t even understand English seen three black peoples

We love the place staff is so kind. Breakfast is good. You can get dinner also on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

This message is for the manager of this hotel, this hotel is very good but what they did to me today has no name, I had to leave the rooms the next day, today when I arrived at the hotel it turns out that they stole the things I had in my room , they tore my shopping bags, they chose some products and left the rest, and the excuse was that someone spoke to cancel the rooms, the funny thing is that they only selected the things that seemed best to them and left what they didn't like, this People are called thieves, be careful with the people you hire.

Loved staying at this hotel. Came here for a romantic outing with my fiance and was floored to see that they had a MINI GOLF putting area in the back. With a fire pit and grills that are free to use. Also had free laundry for all guest.Rooms: Very nice rooms. Could see myself working from home in one. The desk was very spacious and comfortable.

Love any and every Staybridge. A little pricey, but I sleep like a rock every which one I stay in. Love this location as much as every other Staybridge. Bed is just as comfortable if not more comfortable than my own bed in my home. Same with sheets and comforter. They provide plenty of extra bedding cover as I love to keep it cold while I sleep and my wife and kids love to pile on the extra sheets and blankets provided to keep warm.

It's been great! I have zero complaints. Everyone is amazing, Robyn, Kwame, Teresa, Patty, Melanie, Jenny, Karen..... They are all wonderful! There's not one thing I've asked that they've not tried to help me with! A real home away from home, thanks guys!Rooms: Explained in detail above!Food & drinks: Explained in detail above! Karen at the front desk is great, so nice, very helpful. She needs a raise! Hotel has great food breakfast and dinner. The rooms are amazing! Beds are so comfortable. They got a very nice firepit out back, grills and mini golf. Nicest hotel I've stayed at in many years.

Karen provides excellent service if there is anything u need she is on it immediately if anything is wrong she fixed it immediately rooms are great we paid with points and it was taking her a min and she upgraded us for free. We couldn't as for a better motel they provide everything u need so if ur ever in the Greenville area this is the motel u want to be at....Kwanē Gunn he was very excellent also he answered all my questions I had with a answer for every question I have had nothing but the best service here at this motel if I am ever back here for any reason at all this will be the hotel I stay atRooms: Rooms are very beautiful and very clean the staff here does a wonderful job
