We purchased a vehicle in December through this bank with the branch manager Dan Graziano. Since purchasing the vehicle, we have called and left multiple voice mails to Dan with no return. I did speak with his assistant, who was rude and stated “Dan is waiting on one paper”, but would not elaborate on what they needed. We still have not gotten the registration for the vehicle and the tag is now expired. The customer service for this branch is non existent. I have called member services and they are not able to access anything with the loan since Dan is the loan officer. So frustrated with this bank. Do not use them for your loans. They will quickly accept your money, but are not helpful with anything else.

Since becoming a member after a recommendation from a friend. I have experienced nothing but exceptional customer service from the team located on 1435 Cleveland St. I appreciate each of these young ladies making sure that all of my banking needs and concerns are met with a smile. A friend recommended SC state credit Union for an auto loan. I was shopping for a car so I needed a pre approval and was treated exceptional. Once pre approved, I called multiple times with questions after test driving several cars to ensure the APR rate and term lengths on each model.From my experience that’s why we get pre approvals cause we are shopping. This is a big commitment and a customer should feel free to ask questions with such a big purchase.My phone calls were returned at the end of each day for the most part.However, I went into the Greenville office at 830am to make the final decision on my purchase and yes with questions.Upon entering there was such tension that it felt as if I the customer was a bother. I was told I would need to wait about 30 minutes before the loan clerk arrived. I left since I had to work and returned about 3pm that evening and was then told they were at lunch.Again the atmosphere was as if the customer was a bother. When I would ask the teller a question the response was with a harsh tone. It wasn’t so much the answer as it was the tone.The branch manager did speak with me and went over the loan options of each car and was honest. He also informed me that now was not a good time to purchase a car. I told him my concerns with the service and he stated he would address it.My complaint was not to get anyone In Trouble, I was just shocked at the attitudes and knew no company would want this type of atmosphere for their customers.If I’m making a purchase, I feel questions should not be a bother.I’ll give 3 stars but only because, everyone has bad days.

This branch is very friendly and helpful. I had a very good experience unlike the branch in Spartanburg where the manager is not friendly at all. If I there was a higher rating to give than a five star I would give it.

It doesn't matter what day or time of day I call, I end up waiting 30-45 minutes to talk with a representative. Unacceptable.

Be careful when you go in. There were mix ups in the membership form and it would be better to just enroll online and not in person. Have been unable to get a call back to fix errors and needed to just go to another location to get resolved.

If seeing office staff don't expect to be seen quickly at all, an don't expect them to notice the order of people coming in. Waiting over 40 minutes to even see someone to set up an account. We were the only people in the lobby, until someone else came in and got seen before us!
