Went to get passport photos done since someone from Walmart told my partner and I that they couldn’t do it at their location, but the staples across the street could for us and have never felt wronged by a store like this before, but I guess there’s a first for everything. We went in and got the photo done, the guy taking the photo didn’t show us how it turned out nor were there prices on a sign or were prices told to us. When we asked the price he told us that it was going to be $17.99 ($19.07 with tax) for two photos and that he could do one of each of us for the price of 17.99 since they come in twos anyway, but this worker ended up charging us $17.99 for each of us instead (don’t know what made him change his mind) and we ended up having to pay for these photos since they had already printed even though we didn’t even want printed photos in the first place (we expected them to be digital, which he did not tell us about either, he actually said that if we wanted them to be digital it was going to be $24 each for a bundle). Called customer service and they only offered a $10 coupon for staples…I didn’t take it because I don’t plan to go back to staples ever again. I can’t believe how bad the customer service is of this location, it seems like a scam to get this service done. I was told one price and ended up having to pay double and there’s no way we could’ve gotten out of it without just walking out feeling like a criminal or something lol. Terribly overpriced and sketchy services that feed on people not being able to look up online what their prices are, don’t waste your money like we did. Live and learn I guess.

Terrible time at this Staples location, was not informed of the cost of a standard passport photo until they were done. 18 dollars for a passport photo plus 5$ more if you want it to be saved to a usb... in addition you're not able to send it directly to your email. Overall a waste of time and money.

Your website says that you recycle CD’s however when I visited the store on Woodruff Rd I was told no. Very disappointing

In addition to good products they have a wonderful recycling project where they give store credit for recycling batteries and broken digital devices with them. Excellent idea, and very easy to do

Thank you Lilly for great customer service support. You are amazing and awesome!! I was in the store and no one either bothered to help and when I asked for help one employee brushed me off but a few seconds another customer walked in and this guy actually helped her ? omg what's wrong with the world today. The printing dept was not to helpful all I heard was we have been busy. I'm thinking that's a great thing you have customers and a job. I just would like for this young lady to be recognized for her great customer service from the public. Please teach your employees not to tell the customers they're to busy to do their jobs. I will be returning again on a regular basis and pray I have a better experience ? ?

Understaffed. Out of printer cartridges. Have to chase people down for help and they seem like they could not care less about customers.

Woodruff Road location is not friendly, they’re not helpful at all. The manager isn’t knowledgeable at all, a young man in high school helped me with what I was having trouble with, as I was waiting on help the computer was charging me .40 per minute, they only took off $5.00 of the charges but the total was $29. The young man that was helping me didn’t even work there SMH!!!!

Good customer service and pretty good selection. The website don't match their actual inventory. But the sales person found something that was close to what I needed. A welcome change from the Bestbuy a few miles away. Found a new store :)

I honestly just had a horrible experience. I went in to get a few binders I saw online for 10 bucks. Come in and they’re 16. I understand that most of the time it’s cheaper online so I go to the front to check out and explain to see if they can price check. They are the exact same item. He says no and some numbers are off. Whatever I’m not arguing, so I just do online pickup for the items and come back in an hour. They said one item was unavailable(I knew they had things in stock because I was just there) so they just refunded me the amount instead of checking. There was one lady, Shelly, that was amazing and honestly just did what should’ve been done an hour ago. She did the price check and gave me the discount. 1-star visit but Shelly made it 2.
