Stop by to grab a few drinks around 8pm on 09/18/24.
This store is so clean, the coolers stocked, the shelves were Tidy, And the employees had a big smile on their face.
There was an employee in a deli, just mopping away and Cashier just had the most lovely atmosphere.

I ordered chicken and so gizzards today and they taste a lot better from the first time I ordered from there when the kitchen 1st open so there’s some progress coming along. And the guy David that works there is awesome always helpful, nice, and funny great guy.

I mean, it's Spinx. But for Spinx, I have to say this location is nicer than some others around town.This particular one is in a really great location and is extremely clean. You always get greeted when you walk in and their gas prices are in line with the rest of the area.My office is only a couple of minutes from here so I can make a trip for gas/snacks/lunch and get back to the office WITHOUT having to hit Woodruff Road.AND........they have really good coffee!!!

I went in your store to buy 3 piece chicken 3 drumsticks special. I was told it would be 15 minutes they need to make more. I did not have time so I asked if they could give me thighs instead they said if they did that they would have to charge me 3 piece mixed. This has happened before at other stores but they have supported chicken before. Not a happy customer this happened 8/14/23 @ 5:20 pm

The fact that they just started selling chicken and its horrible. I purchased a 3 wing combo and the chicken wasn't done took it back and they re cooked me some fresh chicken just for it to be un done.. spinx if the employee not cooking chicken at home don't hire them to cook the chicken at spinx!

I go to Spinx every morning and get a spicy chicken wrap for breakfast. At the other four locations I stop At depending on which way my travels take me. This is the one and only location that will not do that for breakfast and they’re only excuse is “that’s not a breakfast item”

For management and company management......ever watch the "Wizard of Oz"? Remember the Scare Crow.....he wished he only had a brain. Apparently, Spinx management has NO CLUE concerning CUSTOMER service. If you only had a brain!!+I get products in your store, I pay for those items then I stand there with a line of customers behind me just waiting....stand there and just wait. Wait, wait and wait. If you only had a brain. Customers getting annoyed, cashiers becoming extremely rude......and I just stand there and wait.I get items, I pay for them and YOU GIVE ME MY RECEIPT. Tired of waiting but WILL CONTINUE to protest my dissatisfaction about not getting a Receipt!!!! If you only had a brain, eyes and ears to pay attention to your PATRONS.
