I visited this spinx today on. The experience was terrible. I put $16.00 of gas in my car. When I left I went on my bank website and saw that a $100.00. was taken off my card. I'm not understanding that. I know I put $16.00 for the gas. I don't appreciate that at all. I will no longer be using my card at this spinx. That's a shame that happened.

I thought that Sphinx was open 24 hrs a day and it says so on the app however at this particular Sphinx on Augusta street the Sphinx is ALWAYS closed when I get off which is around 430 am. Three times I went there and the doors were locked and I didn't see anyone so last night I had a craving some chicken so I went to the Sphinx on Augusta Street but to no avail it was closed and as I was walking up to the door to find out that they were locked I saw a man standing inside looking at me as I tried to open the door so I assumed that they were closed again so I left and I was backing up the man inside unlocked the door and if you need proof I have a dash cam in my car that's constantly recording and I'll be more than happy to send it to Corporate.

At lunch this store neverrrrr keeps up on their chicken… today 12:48pm 28 April I stopped here to try again…. No legs for the 3 leg dinner box….. neverrrrrr no legs.. thus has been the case the last 4 now five times I stopped here….I want ever be back for anything here.. guess I’m back to QT and hotdogs..

I absolutely understand that gas stations have costs associated with credit cards and they need to pass those costs on to the customers that use them. If you're paying cash, you shouldn't pay those penalties. That said, I'm tired of finding out the costs when I've already gone to the trouble of getting here.It would have been the cheapest gas in the area with the 8 cents per gallon rebate from Upside but the extra 10 cents per gallon credit card fee wiped that out.No water in the reservoir for the squeegees. Receipt printer didn't work and I had to go inside. Not good. I would not use this station again.

Don't SHOP AT THE SPINX TRUCK STOPS. THEY LOCK THE DOORS ON SATURDAY AND MAKE TRUCKERS WALK AROUND BUILDING. USHALLY SPEND $500 ON FUEL. I WILL GUVE MY MONEY TO THE LOVES OR PILOT TRUCK STOPS BUT NOT TO SPINX

They never have chicken ready everytime I come in I gotta wait 15 to 20 min for food that's crazy they evidently don't know how to prepare food at a timely matter to keep food up for customers
