Don't feel safe shopping here at night. You have 1 cashier who can't possibly keep eye on all the addicts and homeless people around your store at night. I've seen some crazy stuff there

Lady working there was rude and wouldn't sell me wouldn't sell me a Johnny Bootlegger because she assumed things that were wrong about me and accuse me of things that simply weren't true. You're not a bartender. I give you money you give me the item I want. This is a gas station.

So tired of this store being unable to get food correct. Even after contacting management every order is always wrong in some way. Today I got mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and two grilled cheese, I'm recovering from surgery and standing is difficult so I just wanted a little bit of food to be able to eat for lunch and dinner without being in pain. I got two burnt sandwiches, and a cup of plain mashed potatoes no seasoning or gravy but I can tell they didn't switch serving spoons between scooping my macaroni and my mashed potatoes as there was a slight lining of cheese in my potatoes. The only part of my order that was decent was a small cup of macaroni. They have forgotten multiple things in the past, giving me the wrong soda, not sending three entire drinks for my nieces, and mixing fried okra in with my potato wedges for some reason. I don't think I have ever gotten an order order 100% correct. Do not get food from here if you like consistency of any kind. Ended up giving the grilled cheese to my dog before I could take a picture, at least she seemed to enjoy it.

Employee asked if I wanted barbecue or honey mustard. I said both and pointed out I paid for the extra sauce. Register asks if you want a free sauce then says do you want another for an additional charge, to which I answered yes. She said umm hmm, well I only see one on there but okay, and proceeded to package my food. No reason for this. Employee obviously not trained on register and how it works and that it offers one sauce for free. They wouldn’t both be on my paid receipt if i didn’t order them both. Also, another customer waited at front for 3-5 minutes before an employee came up there to help them and check them out, which seems like way too long to be standing at front not being able to even see an employee

I love coming here for the chicken & chicken biscuits! They are so delicious & worth the money! I stop here frequently just for the chicken! The biscuits are always fresh and the chicken is always tasty! Thanks for everything you do! I appreciate you!
