We worked with Lewis in the store and my husband worked with a couple of other people on the phone to get phones transferred and a new line set up for my father-in-law, and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Thank you for all you did in making our switch easy!

Our experience with Lizzie was very nice and she did her hardest to make sure we got what we wanted, she also made sure we got the best plan. Also the store and bathroom were very clean.

We have been a subscriber for many years. we recently wanted to drop cablr but keep internet and landline. I called they said you can not do this on line, you must call. The department is called RETENTION, we knew we were going to have a long difficult time cancelling. After a 45 minute wait AJ (male) got on the line and immediately the bulling started. I told him I was not interested in discussing why I should not cancel, there were no reason we could remain with that service. I asked to cancel, his response you must listen to and answer the questions or you need to call again because I will not cancel your Cable service. inally, my husband spoke to him forcefully . We still have Internet and Land line but after the siutation we are looking for a new provider after 13 years.

So grateful to have moved where I can have anyone other than spectrum as my ISP now.Even just returning equipment for our closed account was an argument because they insisted there was no equipment on my account despite having email confirmation listing all of the equipment to return and the girl just kept telling me if I want a receipt to take it to UPS instead of just trying to look up my account another way after I’d waited 30 min. I’ve had this company (and others) try to charge me for returned equipment, so I will never ever leave without proof of return.Finally, after going back and forth for a while and me insisting I wouldn’t leave without proof and wasn’t going to go somewhere else after waiting for 30 min, that I have had multiple accounts with this phone number and she needed to look at the other possible accounts, she looked it up using a different method and what do you know, she found the correct account in seconds and was able to print off a confirmation receipt.Awful, awful, awful customer service in every single interaction I’ve ever had with them but they can get away with it because they’re one of the few internet providers in town.

I've been waiting in this store for almost an hour and a half, I'm finally #2 on the waiting list, then the employee walks out to the middle of the room and shouts "is anyone here just dropping off equipment?" And multiple people walk over to her. I'm now down multiple spots in line without the number actually lowering. What's the point of a wait list if you're going to ignore it whenever you feel like it. I'm just here to pick up an internet box for my apartment I just moved into. The account already exists, I just need the box. Spectrum is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. If I had a choice for the internet in my apartment I would've never set foot in this store.

Now that was a cluster. We had unfriendly service from 2 different representatives at this location and both trashed talked phone customer service. We talked to 3 reps on the phone, who were friendly and helpful but we received the opposite behavior at this Spectrum store. We just want changes made to our account. I would not recommend this location for any reason.

Patrice was very nasty and rude. When I was about to leave she got loud with me in the store, when I told her to not yell at me she called me sensitive. Glad I got the whole thing on video. Happy to tag spectrum in the video too. I have never been so embarrassed.

TERRIBLE support/service. Returned equipment and modem was never scanned in by representative to officially end my internet service. Now I'm responsible for the cost of the modem that was returned to the store if they cannot locate it. Will never use or recommend a Charter product to anyone. The only benefit of this ordeal is that I upgraded to AT&T fiber for a lower price. #woohoo :(

Stood in line for about 45 minutes. One of the staff sold a lady a IPhone 14 Plus. When we got up there to another worker and asked for an IPhone 14 something he said they didn't have any. I mentioned the lady that had just sold one and he looked like somebody had slapped him. My son was very upset.

Went to get an early upgrade and was told to my face they didn't have any iPhone (as someone just got one) he stood there and twiddle his thumbs... less than sub par. He DIDNT EVEN TRY TO CHECK IN THE BACK?! As soon I pay off my phone, I'm leaving asap. If you go here ASK to check the back. Horrible. I have got stuffed everytime I try and the one on woodruff road don't even like white people mostly.. Im Willing to be friendly but if that's what I get for being nice to YOUR company, the H NO. All your customers deserve all there money each month and not have to pay a cent.PATHETIC
