I am new to this service and I already dislike it immensely. The remote is SO slow it's like watching paint dry changing channels. I tried to record two shows last night and it told me there was a conflict and I had to pick one. This service is costing more than TWICE what I was paying for DISH network. The landlord forbids satellite dishes so I'm stuck with this company. Not happy at all

Signed up for the $49.99 per month plan for 12 months in September 2023. Learned my bill would be increased by $2 per month starting in February 2024. Heard Lots of excuses and that new customers would still pay $49.99 per month, only because their discounts would be increased by $2 per month (from $35 to $37 per month) but this still meant I would need to pay more. This is a company I wouldn't trust to keep their commitments or pricing contracts. Buyer beware!

Seriously people, don't waste your time with Spectrum! You will be spending a LOT of time in the future on the phone with them acting as a surrogate Spectrum technician!My mom's wireless internet service went down yesterday. She doesn't need it but I use it to pay her bills online, etc. It is used for security cameras and her panic buttons as well. I used my phone's hotspot to log into her account to schedule service. THEY REFUSED TO DO SO! They said her router was obviously 3rd party since it wasn't on her bill! The thing says SPECTRUM all over it! THEY PUT IT IN!I fixed it by INSTALLING an old 3'rd party wireless router (not for all as it is a little tricky with settings). I am an EET but I do NOT WORK for Spectrum! If up to me, she never would have had the JUNK to begin with!Buyer beware; unless you are willing to work for them and lose service!

Beware! I turned in equipment and canceled my service on the 21st (had to plan off time to wait). They charged me for the month on the 19th. They refuse to refund or credit my account where I still have one service. They say their policy is paid in full regardless of cancelation. Keep that in mind if you are dropping service with this criminal enterprise.

Wow I didn't think I could have a worse experience than last year. We recently adjusted our service due to a $70 increase. The rep on the phone helped get me a new deal and was great. The kicker is he promised it would take effect immediately so I turned in all my equipment and downgraded. Come to find out they don't prorate for the current month so I paid for services I didn't even recieve. When I reached out to review they were so kind to tell me tough luck. I then went to this location and waited 45 minutes in line due to minimal staffing. The 4 employees there were more concerned with flirting and socializing with one another rather than take care of the 12 customers in the office. One employee shared she was only there for the paycheck while the other was dancing.... Once it was my turn the two reps continued to laugh and joke together and ignored me. All I was doing was returning my previous equipment and inquiring about the prorate. Avoid going into this location if possible. The customer experience was dreadful and truly deserving of 0 stars. Well played Spectrum! Fingers crossed a better provider enters the area soon.

my family came in to do an account edit and a phone upgrade, Von here at the woodruff rd location was AMAZING! knowledgeable, so personable! We felt like we knew her, on top of all of that she actually helped us! Quick and easy 10/10

Been on waiting list 30 mins, number 10 in line. 7 other people have joined line....lots of talking among staff but no movement. I have 5 days off work, 4 of them may be spent here

Associate in downtown Greenville not helpful. Would not troubleshoot my phone. Easley Spectrum very helpful and apologetic of downtown store.

You have to sit for 45 minutes just to pay a bill. The kiosk is always down when much as you pay for this service the kiosk need to be up and running for faster service.

Not worth a dime! I called twice this week for for no wifi connection! It's like someone goes into my settings and turns it off when I try to add a device or watch something online via wifi. The other day Spectrum technician had me unplug the modem for 10 seconds and he was doing something on his end. That put it back online. Today that didn't work when I tried it with a different wifi issue. I was trying to watch something online and it knocked out wifi on all my devices including my phone! It's doing it when I try to connect one of my Alexa devices also that I had unplugged because the device wasn't recognizing that I moved to another state a few months ago. When I called Spectrum today the person I spoke with said I have to call the device manufacture and he absolutely was ignoring that I told him this is the second time this week I'm having a trouble with their wifi in my house! He kept telling me to call the device manufacturer even when I told him the wifi was getting turned off in settings when I tried to use the wifi to watch something online and that it wasn't just one device, AND they all worked previously. I need to find a different option for wifi but I like having cable TV. I don't know if I can get wfi from a different company and keep cable TV. This company is also overpriced for the services and I don't have a house phone now for that reason. I had a "landline" when I lived in another state as backup if something happened to my cell phone or service.
