I paid almost $70 for me and my four-year-old to jump for 90 minutes. Almost everything was closed off. There was only really two areas open. None of the Massage chairs or extra games work they just steal your money . I only saw one employee when I came in and had to wait for almost 10 minutes to get anyone’s attention at the concession stands. I will not be back.

Party experience was poor. We loved the jump time before and the relaxed nature of the staff when the kids went back and forth. I personally, didn’t feel like the party experience was as good or even close to other trampoline parks we have used. In fact , our party host didn’t even arrive till after our jump time which was a 90 min jump time. Not a fault of his by any means that’s when he was on the schedule, but this was booked 2 weeks prior so why not plan for the arrival time of your party? Do better sky zone! We personally will not consider them for future party’s.

I had my hopes high because well, it's a trampoline park. The weekend before I had went to DEFY and wanted to try out a few other places. We went to the front desk to show are confirmation email and get out wristbands, but nobody was there. There was a few kids waiting by the snack bar as well with no staff to help them. It was about a minute and a half till someone helped either of us. Nothing was said to us other than "How can I help you". I said that we purchase tickets online and he said "name?" That's it. he got our socks, handed us wristbands, and walked away. We start to walk around and notice there are no staff supervising. There was a person sitting in front of the huge trampoline pad, and another in front of the dodgeball court, but they were both in their phone the whole time. The things to do was extremely limited. They didn't hold actual dodgeball games, it was a bunch of toddlers running around both courts, so we couldn't go on either. The foam pit had several toddlers swimming around in it, for the entire time we were there, so we didn't go in it (we sat in the edge and stuck our feet in the pit, but we both got really itchy leg, a few minutes later we had a bit of a rash from the foam). Most of the exhibits were closed down, saying you need a member of staff to supervise. So I go up to the front desk and ask a lady if there was anybody that could assist us. She said she'll have to grab one of the guys from the back, and over the half hour that we were there, I noticed whenever there wasn't any customers at the front desk, all of them would go into the back room. Eventually a man (about 19) came to turn the ride on and supervise. He didn't seem happy at all about it. Eventually a kid jumped in the ride as well, and kept getting hot in the face with one of the inflatables. For context, the ride was called Wipe Out. He eventually fell to the ground and cried and the employee didn't do anything. he didn't look into the ride the entire time. After that, we decided to leave. To begin with, we purchased an hour and a half. We left after 30 minutes. I've also noticed one more thing. They keep is so hot in there, that you leave before your time is even up. The drinks are super expensive as well. I went to the bathroom and it was even hotter! my entire back and front side was covered in sweat and the water wasn't even cold so I could splash my face with it. Overall, this is the worst trampoline park I've ever been to. I would never go again.

What a scam. G. Daughter’s birthday present to come here. I was good for $30 per child to jump. But want let adults bring in drinks to enjoy while waiting in the hard metal chairs, so I went and bought a coke icee. $5 friggin dollars and had so much air that by time I arrived back at my table, 1/3 of it was settled down. Shameful Sky Zone. Not an encouragement to bring them back.

The park is small and there is not a lot to do. On top of that, there were several attractions that were closed with a sign that said to locate an employee to open it. My son and I looked for over 15 minutes of our 90 minute jump time and could not locate an available employee. It seemed that they were either busy at the register or busy playing basketball in the back. Overall, definitely NOT worth the price of admission.

Took our nephew for his birthday and he had a great time! The staff was not very friendly, they roamed around with little urgency except for one young man that was covering dodgeball at the moment and the kids were having a blast with him. The facility is pretty gross, the bathrooms smell and look terrible. During our visit a child threw up on the stairs and the staff never came to sanitize the location after the mother of the child asked them to. I felt like I needed to take an immediate shower after visiting.

The lack of enthusiasm and enjoyment was ever apparent. Almost everyone there seemed miserable. Most of the activities were closed and the attendants sat on their phones not really doing anything. A child threw up on the stairs and no one went to clean it up. There was trash and dirty jumping socks all over. All in all just not a great experience.

A place of options for jumping on trampolines, sliding into balls, light obstacle courses, soft block pit, and basketball. My three year had fun here-his first time. We'll be back but my suggestion is-clean this place up!!!! Germs floating everywhere-in the air, on toys, soft blocks deteriorating getting all over your clothes, floors black spots of dirt-sorry guys(staff) don't mean to ruin your game of basketball and chilling in the block pit but clean this mess up for these kids!

My nephews enjoyed themselves immensely. Just make sure you check the date of any snacks you purchase. We were given a bag of Cheetos from the display that expired July of 2022. But the guy working the counter immediately exchanged it.

Health department really needs to come out here especially for their food. Place is dirty and we bought 2 plates at $9 each of chicken tenders and fries that came out frozen in the middle and scorched outside. Sent back and again, not done. The first time I took the food back and told the kid it was frozen still, he run off laughing and then came back. Not funny when someone gets sick not to mention rude as hell! The kids had fun but there is trash everywhere and just a bunch of teens doing nothing but getting paid. The only workers that seemed to be working are those that were attending the parties. We will be going elsewhere next time

We went for the little leapers on Saturday morning. The times were from 9 to 11 and it was for jumpers under 6. The cost was only 12 dollars. We had a blast and our little one loved the Paw Patrol characters. We will definitely be back and have already told multiple other parents .
