The signs I ordered were great but their customer service left much to be desired. I had to call the company 3 times before I was able to nail down an install date. And at one point a receptionist by the name of Jenny actually hung up on me. I emailed the owner of the company to let him know about this and never got a reply back. I guess he’s okay with sub-par service for a costly custom order.

Sure, I could go order something online, but why would I do that when I know that I will receive EXACTLY what I want, WHEN I want from these guys. My daughter was getting engaged last night, so I made a call to see if we could get a photo backdrop made for a little engagement party.
