Was coming to this location for the first time, and was surprised that my order that I placed 24 hours ago wasn't ready yet. They did have a new staff member that was not up to speed with the process yet which might have skewed my experience. I will be back next week to complete my project. Sales staff was helpful, but not as knowledgeable as I expect from other SW locations.

Great store with a great staff. I always come to this store whenever I need something and the staff are always super friendly and super helpful. The manager Will is very professional and always has a can-do attitude. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him

The best Sherwin store in the area by far, Will is always on top of every request I have and I’ve never left the store without being satisfied. I would refer this store to anybody in the upstate and won’t be going anywhere else for my painting needs.

Super professional and kind workersShout out to Drew for going above and beyond trying to get some Stain for our Deck that I myself hard trouble finding, he’s got a super awesome attitude and the store is lucky to have such a dedicated worker. Would recommend this store to anyone

A friend & myself went to the store after leaving home depot, Dru & Jeff were the most helpful they treated us with much respect, didn't act like we would be a waste of time they talk to us and answered all our questions they were very very helpful very nice very courteous I would recommend anyone to go there thank you so much

The store is amazing. The service is unbelievable. I have gone by many times, and they have had things ready for me to pick up, INSTANTLY. I cannot say enough good things about them.We are having some home painting done, and my painter needed some more paint and a sprayer nozzle (immediately) and I was nowhere near home, but I called the store and told them what I needed, they had everything completely ready for my husband to pick up, with only about five minutes notice!
