Visited sharpshooters with my boyfriend yesterday and had a fantastic experience! We got to use our Groupon same day with no issues. Doug is the guys that helped us along the way and he was fantastic!! So informative and took his time explaining different guns and the proper way to handle and shoot. He really really went above and beyond to make our experience one to remember. We usually got to palmetto state armory but we will definitely be back to sharp shooters and regularly!

This was just a quick visit to pick up and order, but we were handled efficiently and with friendly service. It was painless! We were in our way in minutes! This isn't our first visit, and it won't be the last.
This is a great indoor range with various events. It's also a great location to get your ccw permit.

Ordered a glock 19 blue label on May 31 and was told it would take approximately 10 days to arrive. I called on June 10th to check on it and the gentleman I talked to on the phone was rude. Stating that if they haven't called then it hadn't come it yet. I called today June 20th to check on the status again and come to fine out it was never ordered. ILL BE BUYING MY FIREARMS FROM ANOTHER LOCATION FROM NOW ON. Store employee dropped the ball on my paper work. The establishment needs to own up to that instead of putting it off on manufacture. Still no accountability for rude employees. If the employee did his job properly on June 10th when I called we could have resolved it then. So post your rebuttal all you want but there is no excuse for extremely poor customer service

My husband and I went. He's military. I've never even held a gun. They were so awesome and made me feel so comfortable. The range was so nice and we left having a great time and were planning our next visit before we even left. I may like guns afterall. Lol.
