Terrible customer service. Someone tried to break into my unit and I couldn’t get the door open. I tried calling multiple numbers to speak with someone but no one would answer. No one could help me and no one was in the office even though it said they were open until 5 and I was present at 3:45.

They raise the price of your storage fees twice a year. Each time it's $5! Also the security gate stands open sometimes. I have complained about it several times but it doesn't do any good. I will be moving my property asap. I've been there for years but I'm not paying any more!
