They risked my family's safety and didn't care. Take your business to a place that values you and your family.
Bought & installed 4 new tires here. They didn't balance the tires right (steering shook), made another appointment to have them re-balanced, they did it wrong again (steering shook). Had to drive back home, cross country with shaking steering and front end. Called the GM (Zachary) after to ask if they could cover the cost of a safety inspection because of 1000's of miles of shaking front end. Zachary (GM) pushed off to walmart legal that told me they won't do that.
Zero accountability.

You have an app scan and go , but when you get ready to leave the store there's always a long waiting line they have to scan the barcode in your phone and scan all your items . So what's the point to scan everything in your phone and someone else will scan them again make no sense, you should reconsider this matter and trust people who shops in your store and just check the recipes without scanning everything again.also the customer service never pick up the phone.

Close the cafe an hour before actual store closes and when I proceed to ask the guy at counter he snaps back “we are closed” which makes 0 sense if your store is still open the guy whose at the counter always seems flustered and annoyed when people come to the counter isn’t my first time seeing him there and we were very patient and understanding last time . Ridiculous customer service if you ask me.

I personally don't think the selection is as good as Costco's and I know for a fact that peanut M&M's are more expensive at Sam's Club than at Costco. However, the scan and go feature on the Sam's app is amazing.

Almost left in tears today. I understand that sometimes employees have bad days but I interacted with at least 4 different employees who all looked and acted as if I was ruining their day by simply being there. I don’t need an employee to be overly enthusiastic to see me but it would be nice if they didn’t glare or roll their eyes at me while I’m trying to shop. I’ll either cancel my membership or just drive 40 minutes to the next town over because I no longer feel comfortable shopping here.

They have public EV charging stations, and certain brands of cars give free charging just for that brand of charger. It’s the only one in Greenville. We charged our EV today no problem, but apparently they don’t do guest passes anymore. We couldn’t even purchase a 1 day pass to look around. We’ve never been in one. Why would we buy a full membership? They certainly lost money today. Costco would *never*. Not only that, but the attitude of the man at the front sealed the deal, again, have you met Costco greeters? Day and night difference. If you’re going to offer public EV charging, you’re losing money by not doing one day passes for those people.

I’m so sick of Sam’s club employees not caring about customers at all. I came to see jewellery for probably fifth time and no one ever comes to me. I’m standing there, looking for someone to show me earrings and they just pass by like I’m not there. Like you’re not even able to buy what you want cause they are not here. Probably will cancel my membership, tired of that.

So convenient! Curbside pick up is a blessing. You can also walk out by paying in the mobile app and not stand in the cash register line ... this is definitely why I would shop here!

I recently ordered a cake from this store, and unfortunately, it was a disaster. The cake I received was below par—it looked rushed, with noticeable grammatical errors despite being assured the wording was correct. Attempts to address the issue with management were unsuccessful, as I was unable to speak directly with a manager. However, I must acknowledge the one pleasant person in the bakery who answered the phone this morning. The lady who made the cake picked up the phone while the more pleasant young lady went to find management...and defensively questioned my dissatisfaction. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory.
