So tell me why the associates think we don't know when they hang up on us when we call and are put on hold. Well WE DO! This Sam's Cub Tire Center needs to get this note! You're busy, I get it, you don't want to answer the phone; that's a problem! Try this..."Thanks for calling Sam's Tire Center...we are extremely busy at the moment can you please hold for possibly two or three minutes?" This way callers at least feel valued and respected. Oh, and prioritize your hold calls to actually service them. I know this Club have lost much business for this poor call handing. How, because I just decided to take my $$ elsewhere just because I didn't like being hung up on. And...and I'm certain that I'm not the only one to do this. So, management think about this, your sales numbers may be good, or even great...but what could it be if you improve your call servicing?? This seems to be a theme though...nevermind that's a different different review.
Now, I will say this...if you can get in, they do pretty good; but good luck with that if you call to get in. You better get that appointment while at the store.
Last, so that everyone is not on the spot for this atrocity...this occurred on Saturday afternoon August 17th between 3:40p and 3:45pm. Management, what are you going to do, unless you are part of the problem? In which I would expect this review to be ignored like our calls.
This not the first, second, or even third time this has happened...

I had the best experience at Sam's Club Auto and Tires. The staff was helpful and accommodating every time that I had a question. Uriah went extra mile to make sure that I take advantage of the warranty on the tires. Just as I started to question the value of my membership, I am reminded why I have it!

I don’t know why their rating is so low. It was my first time here and they were all so friendly and kind to me. I accidentally ordered the wrong size Cooper tires, and they explained the situation to me in a professional manner. I ended up with Pirelli tires for a cheaper price than I paid for the Coopers! I am only getting my tires here from now on. Also, Ms. Belinda was awesome! I really enjoyed chatting with her while I was waiting. Thanks for the great service!

It is amazing how slow and just not put together the tire center is. Took them 4 hours alone to change tires on one vehicle. I ended up taking business elsewhere since i was ignored for so long, but went back just to see if the same and only car they were working on was still there and it was, only with two new tires on one side. Its bad from the customer side and from a management point it's just pathetic business.

Came here at 4 pm on da Saturday for a nail in tire repair, was told they’re only doin appointments for the rest of the day, & someone haven’t had lunch yet & 2 employees are leaving, was told told to come back tomorrow 10 am, thanks for nothing

One of the most disorganized place I've seen. The place is under staffed for one. I'm here waiting for a flat tire repair and waiting for almost 3 hrs. Witnessed poor workmanship and carelessness.One of the technician told me it's Sunday???. They have mixed up prior appointments. Poor management is all I can say !

#samsclub #walmart EMPLOYEES READ THIS: so this is a warning to all employees. I had worked for Sam’s Club diligently and with superb customer service and excellent job performance since 2018. I have been employee or safety employee of the month 3 times including last month. I was just offered two promotions and given props by both the exiting market manager who said my department had “never looked better.” again, just last month and the entering market manager. I had a scheduled and approved vacation that was pre approved and covered with PTO and had plenty of extra PPTO. Due to circumstances on the trip, I was a day late coming back, I called my manager directly and called my store 23 times over 3 days which nobody answers the phone at store # 8142 Spartanburg. When I returned the following day I covered the shift with PPTO, but 1 manager with a chip on her shoulder and a heavy handed approach came in shortly before. Got off and manufactured problems which didn’t need to be and subsequently fired me without cause and without even informing me. This always seemed like a great company to me, but BE NOT FOOLED!!! They fired me without cause- did not allow for ANY open door that they promise, ethics passed the buck to open door, and almost a month later I’m still waiting to hear from them. They do not care if they destroy your life!!!! Either find another job or unionize!!! Unions are on the rise, for as much as I never believed in them, it would have kept me from being financially destroyed. The job market is great, but try explaining to a job that pays decently why after ~5 years you were fired without cause??? I was fired because she believed “I didn’t sound like I wanted my job anymore.” I’m not advocating for anybody, just trying to let you know the cold, callous company you really work for. All the other crap they feed you is just to string you along so they can use you up.
