I received the best service from this pharmacy today. First of all, I randomly asked if they had my medicine in stock, and to my astonishment, they did. My pharmacy had been out for a few weeks, so I promptly asked them if they could fill it. The Pharmacist, Ray, was awesome. He reviewed my medicines and informed me that a lot of their medicines are no charge or a lot less than most pharmacies. He took the time to explain a lot, so now I will be moving me and my husband’s scripts there. His entire team is friendly and efficient. Thank you so much! Great customer service…

why at 4 pm in the afternoon there are no cooked chickens and your employee tells me i can wait a hour and he is sorry ???? Example of how unprofessional this store is ran. Then when you call on the phone they play games and let it ring 80 times then disconnect you???? No managers around to speak to. Pitiful excuse for business

#samsclub #walmart EMPLOYEES READ THIS: so this is a warning to all employees. I had worked for Sam’s Club diligently and with superb customer service and excellent job performance since 2018. I have been employee or safety employee of the month 3 times including last month. I was just offered two promotions and given props by both the exiting market manager who said my department had “never looked better.” again, just last month and the entering market manager. I had a scheduled and approved vacation that was pre approved and covered with PTO and had plenty of extra PPTO. Due to circumstances on the trip, I was a day late coming back, I called my manager directly and called my store 23 times over 3 days which nobody answers the phone at store # 8142 Spartanburg. When I returned the following day I covered the shift with PPTO, but 1 manager with a chip on her shoulder and a heavy handed approach came in shortly before. Got off and manufactured problems which didn’t need to be and subsequently fired me without cause and without even informing me. This always seemed like a great company to me, but BE NOT FOOLED!!! They fired me without cause- did not allow for ANY open door that they promise, ethics passed the buck to open door, and almost a month later I’m still waiting to hear from them. They do not care if they destroy your life!!!! Either find another job or unionize!!! Unions are on the rise, for as much as I never believed in them, it would have kept me from being financially destroyed. The job market is great, but try explaining to a job that pays decently why after ~5 years you were fired without cause??? I was fired because she believed “I didn’t sound like I wanted my job anymore.” I’m not advocating for anybody, just trying to let you know the cold, callous company you really work for. All the other crap they feed you is just to string you along so they can use you up.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Switched over from Costco a week ago and already regret it. Seaked out this page just to find out my concern is a trend. Terrible customer service at Woodruff Road they have absolutely no interest in answering the phone. Even had an associate in the tire room laugh when I explained to him that I had I called twice and waited over six minutes each time. They said member services does not like to answer the phone

Have been trying to get in touch with a human for hours and have called every single department with NO ONE answering the phone!!!! This is the very reason Costco will be getting our membership instead of Sams

Loving this Sam's they had an item that the Sam's club in Easley stopped carrying. I found this item at the Greenville location along with other needed items. I may have to bite the bullet and fight Woodruff road traffic, because of Easley's Sam's Club. A nice shopping experience though it was crowded, the check out lines moved very fast. A thumbs up to Greenville's Sam's.
