Had no issues at all. Came earlier than my appointment on a Friday and they took me in almost immediately. Came to get my windshield replaced and was back on the road within an hour and a half.

Windshield glass looked good as new! One thing I noticed was my rearview mirror gear was not reattached properly. Very loose and wobbly.

This is not just a place that fixes your car , but its family . My car got vandalized and I was having a really terrible day and couldn’t stop crying along with having my kids with me trying to tend to them and keep them entertained while waiting . Not only did they bond and keep my kids entertained and provide toys and snacks , but they also brightened my day up and really took time to check on me multiple times and help me get through the day . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND STAFF !!

Wellllllll...The technicians and guys working there are super nice and friendly. The whole experience was super pleasant and wifi and a Kureig is all you need for a good waiting area. So I had no problem with that, and I was in an out of there quickly.I posted a picture of the crack after repairs.I can't lie... I kind of think it looks even worse. ? I bought my car with the crack in it and so insurance wouldn't help me pay, so I either had to choose to have the crack repaired for $70 or have the windshield replaced for over $300. So, I chose the repair, but now I'm wishing I would have just saved and paid for the new windshield.I mean, I should have said something when I was there, but I didn't because the tech was so nice and I don't really know anything about glass repairs so I thought it was fine. But now I'm not so sure...I think I have 30 days to express my concern, so I will try to live with it for a week and if I can't stand it, the tech did say I could come back!Thank you for the service in the meantime, Safelite. ?

Booked an early AM appointment on a Saturday and had the car back within 3 hours. The new windshield was properly fitted and my Subaru camera systems were recalibrated. Car was clean with only tiny rubber-appearing pieces from the job on the dash! Overall, would recommend if you want it done fast and well!

It took longer than they said from 30 mins to an 1 hour for each crack and then after waiting almost 2 hours with showing up 10 mins early found out they really only fixed the smaller crack but supposedly did something for the larger one to prevent it from cracking further. We will see.

Chose the all day drop option for insurance replacement. I called @ 1:30 and was told my car would be ready @ 4:30. Got to the shop right before 5 and was told it would be about 10-15 minutes until my car would be ready. Went back to the counter @5:25 and spoke with the “manager” Willy, about how much longer my car would be. Willy said they were still working on it. When I asked about a timeframe he said it would be a few minutes. We got into a back and forth and he was very rude and unhelpful.
