Update 5/17/2024. This visit was not like the first one. The person that tried to help us was not trained well. He was not able to measure feet correctly and was not helpful with any questions. He didn't even know what a shoe-horn was. Those that were working there were too busy "cutting up" in the back to offer any help. I lowered my rating to 2 stars, I was very disappointed with the customer service.On a positive note, store was very clean and well stocked.Older review:Great staff and friendly service. They took extra time to make sure the shoes fit correctly and they have socks!!

Not very good. I they showed me a shoe that was clearly for a different type of foot ,and then argued with a snotty attitude when I pointed out I was looking for a different type of shoe.They are a good reason to shop on Amazon

Awesome crew. Very welcoming, very knowledgeable on their products. Really good recommendations on what I was looking for in a shoe.They also help with measuring and taking into consideration on your foot specifically with their scanners and walking tests to check posture.I started to get into walking more and my brooks are amazing. I couldn’t decide between those or the on clouds at the time but they steered me in the right direction.They still serve me well after almost a year later.

Cowen (not sure how to spell his name) was very nice and helpful. I’ve never owned a pair of Hoka shoes and my heels and feet hurt bad bc I work on a concrete floor. He watched my walk and recommended the shoes I needed. My feet feel better already.

Staff were very knowledgeable and they offer a good variety of colors and brands of shoe. They offer a 30-day exchange if the shoes don't work out.

Very positive experience getting running shoes for the first time. The guy who helped me, red headed guy, really knew what he was doing. I can’t imagine my answers to his initial questions were super helpful, but he figured out what I needed pretty quickly, gave me some options, and found me the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. I feel balanced and steady on my feet. I never felt pressured to choose a shoe quickly or like I had to buy something. Super patient and gave me honest answers opinions when I asked questions.10/10 on the customer service there and another 10/10 on satisfaction with the shoe I walked out with. Highly recommend.

Ben was incredibly helpful despite us being super needy! The store is very clean, well run, and everyone is super friendly! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for shoes.

I stopped in today because my workout shoes finally gave up on me, but luckily, thanks to the help of Coen, I was outfitted with a great new pair of sneaks and was on my way to enjoy the SRT! They also carry a large selection of workout accessories which allowed me to also pick up a sweet pair of Shokx bone conducting technology. This is a great location with an amazing staff, highly recommend stopping by next time you need to up your sneaker game or workout accessories.

It you can go when Dane is there all is good. I have had 4 trips (3 to Greenville and 1 Simpsonville) when he was not working. Every time I have had terrible customer service by people who are NOT trying to sell me running shoes. I tried messaging them and the response is we want to help but, their is no positive outcome. recommend going elsewhere or even the internet. Seriously, too many bad experiences.

Neat local store, but almost nothing had a price tag on it so it forces you to get pressured by a sales person. It's pretty tight quartered, but their location, and interior style is pretty cool.

This is my second visit to Run In. The staff is consistent, knowledgeable and takes time and to make sure you are purchasing the right shoe for your foot design. They have a wide selection and are willing to custom order a specific shoe for you. Easily 5 stars!

A few weeks ago, my fiance and I purchased a pair each of Hoka walking shoes. Allie provided excellent service and guidance for the entire time we were in the store, She certainly understands her business and translated our needs into solid recommendations. We have been extremely satisfied with the Hoka brand and specific shoes we purchased. Their Black Friday sale had completed (it turns out that Hoka brand shoes were not on sale anyway), but they extended a 10% discount to us which we really appreciated. They not only met the price and comfort with selection that the Hoka site offers, they exceeded both! Thanks Allie, and thanks Run In ... we'll be back!

We have recently moved to the area and my wife uses a walker and is recovering from 2 knee surgeries. We found “Run In” because we were looking for in stock Hoka shoes. Our trip to this store yesterday reflects our overall experience with living in the Greenville area. The young salesman in the store was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the Hoka products. At one point he even leaned over and set the brake on my wifes walker. This is a high end store for serious runners. We could of easily been snubbed because of my wife’s current condition. We were treated with respect and kindness. Not only did they carry a full supply of Hoka sneakers in all the sizes , they also exceeded our expectations for a customer experience. We are proud of our new home in Greenville and will work hard to keep it a polite and friendly place just like “Run In” does!?
