I am filling a complaint because I paid 1385 for a head gasket repair in September 2022 and recently started having more issues. I found out the head gasket was not repaired or even removed.i paid them and they only changed the thermostat.i have asked them to refund money or I will file a court case. They have not responded yet. Do not let them work on your car!The manager is ignoring calls and texts but she cannot ignore the courts summons!!!!

Went in to have my tire patched and the staff were informative, quick, and so very kind!! It’s nice to know that they offer even more services as well!! They truly care about your safety 1st!! I will definitely return for auto services in the future :-)

Came to get my brakes changed, day later my abs system is messed up and then the lady that the previous time I came the tech reported to her that my wheel bearing is no good, yet they did not inform me and let me continue driving it which can be very dangerous, I asked why I was not informed of this matter, her answer was “it’s not our job to inform you” I’ve never had a problem like this until I came to Ruiz tires, very unprofessional would not recommend.

This place has saved my car! I went for AC repairs a year ago and it works super well. I recently went to get my car checked because it was making a noise and shaky every time my car was idle (in park or if I was at a stop light). They fixed the problem and it feels like I have a brand new car! I always feel comfortable going because it’s woman owned and I know I will not be taken advantage of. They are good folks that do good work.

Went to buy a tire today and come to find dout it just needed to be plugged. They were so professional and helpful and I was in and out in no time. I greatly recommend them.

Do not take your car here, took car there the acknowledged damaging the pulleys, after driving the car and hearing terrible noise from the engine, they are now denying doing any damage and that the car was driven, it was taken home and has been parked since being here, looking to tow to an actual mechanic. They have or should have written the actual mileage coming in and they would be able to see that it has not been driven much since there damage now the car wont even start they damage something electrical putting on steps to the truck as well, will be pursuing further action as the owner has shown nothing but blatant disrespect to my husband and refuses to fix the problem she and her worker have caused. She says that she will fix it if we pay for all the parts, absolutely not especially when the truck did not go in with those issues.
