I just left the store. The star is for terrible management. There were 14 customers in line and he mgr) couldn't come up front to help the single cashier. If he can't operate a register, he shouldn't be in management.

You can get brand new shoes and clothing for often 30-50% off (including shoes). Clothing usually has a small blemish which goes unnoticed often. I bought a pair of Keen Hiking Boots (Worth $145) for $60.

while in the changing room i was trying on a shirt and one of their security tags went through my shoe and stabbed my foot. i went to go tell the worker and all she said was “are you okay” then nothing after. then i proceeded to boy my items and she said nothing. this store was messy and the employees did not have any care. the changing rooms were filthy as well.

Great bargain clothes and always has my favorite face cream. Short staff here sometimes, but I am ok for the wait.

Safety issue while shopping. I was in the checkout line with my family and a random man came in and started trying to talk to us. Then he reached out and grabbed at our child, then started wandering throughout the store and watching people. This made us very fearful. This store needs security at all times.

I just left Ross, dressed for less in Cherrydale Plaza. The night crew for the most parts are very. Rude and unprofessional. I was in there shopping having a good time and then an Obies gentleman came up to me and said that he had customers complaining about me and was I all right. I said yeah I’ve been listening to music and having a. good time and he said no that’s not what I mean I’ve had customers come up and complain that you have been stuffing things up your shirt. I hadn’t been doing anything of the sort and tried to tell him that and he said oh it’s all all if we’re on the same page we won’t have any problems. we should never have had any problems and he should never have come up to me and confronted me like that. just because customers come up and say that doesn’t make it true and he didn’t even bother to ask me was it true? Was I telling him the truth? Were they telling the truth or anything. he just assumed they were right and moved on and then I continuously for the rest of the time I was in there that watched like a hawk now. they could’ve gone back and looked on the cameras and see that I tucked nothing under my shirt and tried to steal nothing now. Yes, I might’ve put something under my armpit to look at something else, but that’s not illegal. when I called the manager and told him how uncomfortable it made me feel and how I got, looked at as somebody that was stealing when I had money on a card to pay for what I bought. no I’ve heard made my purchase and left. Then I called to speak to the manager, and the manager didn’t care what I had said didn’t care that I felt wronged or that his employee made me feel uncomfortable and assumed that those customers were correct and that I was a thief. all I got from the manager was yes, sir yes sir yes sir over and over. I would not recommend ever going to the store and I will shop somewhere else. from now on. So if you don’t want to be seen as a shoplifter, then what you need to do is shop somewhere else The only reason this Ross got a two star rating was because the prices were decent.
