This is where people go to waste time in line. We all think wally world has the slowest check outs. We'll don't go here they will have 10 people in line waiting on 1 checkout person. Who not only checks you out but answers the phone takes returns and will not hesitate to talk for ten minutes to someone they know. While the other 2 people in the store are ether on break or restocking a shelf. The one good thing is they had what I was looking for. I will not go in there again if more than 3 cars are in their lot. Nuff said the Rasman.

My only complaint was that the cashier was on a personal call with a friend telling all about her weekend without ever acknowledging my presence. She just continued her call and started scanning my items. Because of her lack of attention to what she was doing, she scanned one of my items twice. She was friendly and really sweet. I just think it is so very unprofessional to be on a phone call when working with a. Customer.

Usually I am very happy with the prices at Roses. Today I was not. I bought two barbie cars and when I got home I noticed Roses had covered up the price of the item that was on the box with their own sticker and increased the price $2 more than what was on the box. I thought Roses was suppose to be a discount store?? That to me just seemed straight up sneaky. I mean really Roses??

Don't appreciate buying something from a store who offers a return policy of full refund with receipt if made within 30 days yet when you go to request the refund and are in compliance with their policy, they act as if it totally irritates them. Also, just because a customer requests a refund, it does not always mean something is wrong with the product. And, if it suggested that something has to be wrong with the product for a refund, it should be written in their return policy as such. People do sometimes change their minds after a purchase. I know I'm only one person but I won't buy another thing from this company.....EVER!

I enjoy Roses express shopping. The merchandise options may not be as plentiful as larger stores but the ease of the transaction makes it my go to place for quick shopping!

They have unique clothes at a very low price. You can get an outfit for under $20 bucks! Shoes and all, cute stuff. Has other odds and ends that you would have a hard time finding anywhere else.FYI they do not except SNAP / EBT benefits.

Mangers Debbie and Kale was very nasty I came to get a paper signed by them kale took the paper and balled it up Debbie had a very nasty demeanor when I ask her a question about the paper that I needed filled out Kale gives off as if he doesn't like blacks Debbie also and that store has no friendly service they do not greet you or anything very rude I didn't mean to put the star they're not worth one star at all

Had wallet stolen from car and the assistant manager was useless. She lied to my face and wouldnt even help besides telling me to call next day.
