Although there are some great deals to be found, I have made my 3rd and final visit. I had no specific issues in shopping but witnessed the rudest cashiers and employees EVER. There is not one who likes their job or people and misery loves company. My cashier hated Men. Very sad. I was shopping for my husband.

I was in your store and the cashier,instead of asking me,if I wanted my receipt in my bag or if I wanted it,she layed my receipt on the counter.Why?and her response was "I was to busy." Unacceptable. Asst.Manaand I asked her

I don’t drive so I always have a backpack; commuting between home and work. I was instantly profiled upon entering Roses; do they ask women to leave their purses when they enter? My wallet, cash, medicines, etc are in my backpack. Not to mention what I had just purchased next door at Ollie’s. I won’t be returning; especially since oliies is so close.

Upon entering I was asked to leave a bag from another establishment at the front. I made a point to let the employee know there was a receipt in bag, I was told it didn’t matter. I gave the employee the bag and shopped. After checking out I had to wait a long time for a “leader” to find my bag and once I got it home the drone I purchased (from the other establishment) was broken and my receipt was missing. The cost was only around $20 however, other people had bags from other establishments and I feel I was profiled for the way I looked. I’ve never been treated like that on a regular shopping trip. I admit I didn’t look great, i had shopped, worked out, and hadn’t had much sleep but that’s no excuse for the inconvenience this store put me through.

Customer service sucks! Robin at store 554 Wade Hampton Greenville SC needs to go back to Customer service 101 she didn't speak just started ringing up things... If you don't like your job quit!!! This was on 6/30/22

I placed my purchase on the counter and waited and waited and waited for the clerk to stop playing with plastic bags and to stop her personal conversation with a coworker. Finally I just gave up and left the store. Extremely poor service. I doubt that I will enter this store again.

This place is a joke! Tried to purchase bookends. Got to register to be told they weren't for sale. Why is there a whole shelf full of them. The "so called" manager had no explanation for me. Whole shelf full of merchandise but not for sale. SMH!
