10 months ago, we bought a reclining sofa and loveseat. First, we explained to the salesperson that we had 2 dogs--one that sheds and one that doesn't. She suggested we stay away from leather. That was a mistake. The fabric material acts like a magnet to the loose hair. In addition, one of the seat cushions in the sofa gave away after 3 months. The service tech is coming out next week for the 3rd time in 4 months, to try to fix the cushion. I called the store manager and explained the 2 issues. I asked if it was possible to get any type of reduction/discount on a new purchase of sofa/loveseat. He said after 3 months, there isn't anything he can offer. So, what is my loyalty/incentive to return to Rooms-To-Go? Zip, nada, zilch.

BEWARE OF THIS STORE! THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! If I could give this store a zero rating I would. They don't even deserve one star. I bought a kitchen table set in FULL and the customer sales rep put it on my synchrony account anyway. When I raised hell about it, they took the kitchen table set and promised to clear it from my account and refund me back my money. They didn't do any of that! In a result of this I reported them to the fraud department and they will be hearing from my attorney. DO not do business with them. Go to Ashley Home Furniture instead where they are honest to their customers.

I bought a TV console from RTG. When I paid for it the salesman (Zachery Mann) told me that delivery was free, but if I wanted it assembled, (because they all come in a box needing assembly- I was erroneously told)- I would have to pay $80. So I did, and when it arrived it was in the box completely assembled already. I then called the store (Greenville, S,C.) to request a refund, Ryan the manager told me no, I would not get refund. He was very rude, he even hung up on me. He talked over me so much that I had to keep talking so he wouldn't but it didn't do any good because he hung up on me. When a business stands by there employees who out right lie to the customers, that is bad.

Good experience in the showroom with Jill. Selection was good with much more online. Delivery was within time frame and set up was effortless. Guys that delivered were kind, nice and efficient.

I bought a chair from Rooms To Go, this is a terrible company, l am a senior l have no way to get help sometimes, so my chair was in my sitting room in the box for 2 days. When l got help to get it out , l couldn't sit in the chair and recline it back, and when l did finally get the handle to release, my legs weren't strong enough to push the chair down. I called them and was told too bad they only give you 48 hours to change your mind, now l am having to deal with my Credit Card Company to handle this transaction. Beware about ordering from them on line. Who gives only 48 hours to change your mind? ROOMS TO GO!!! I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AND I WOULDN'T GO TO THEIR STORE NOW BECAUSE THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ONCE THEY SIT THAT FURNITURE IN THE BOXES IN YOU HOME!!!!!

Richard is amazing!! Top knotch salesman! Literally greeted me with open arms like a long time friend!! Processed my purchase with skill and ease making the buying experience quite a pleasant one! Explaining the warranty, the terms of the loan, delivery and then personally walked me to the door!!100% 10 STARS!! oh, store was very clean and organized!Here's a pic of what I purchased.

Had a great experience at the store mostly due to the efforts of Jill Burnette. She greeted us as we entered and listened to our needs without pushing any other products. She was knowledgeable about their inventory and was patient as my wife and I processed our decision. I purchased furniture from Rooms to Go 20 years ago and was impressed with the service then and am glad to see that it hasn't changed. Thank you Room's to Go and Thank you Jill.

This furniture store is awesome, lots of different styles and friendly people helping. Prices seem below average and if good value. Large showroom including a kids showroom, give them a look for your home furnishings.

First time dealing with Rooms to Go and it was AWESOME. William greeted us as soon as we walked in and offered tips for looking around the show room. He then told us where he would be if we had questions and let us wander and look which I appreciated. We were also kindly greeted by other staff as well. When we were ready to purchase, he was easy to find and super helpful. He also was very patient with our crazy two year old! We got an incredible sectional that we love. Had it delivered and setup a few days later - worth the money to have the \\\"white glove\\\" delivery where they set it up and stuff for you. Their delivery system was awesome and the delivery team was awesome as well. I will definitely be back to Rooms to Go on Woodruff for our next furniture purchases... it was really a great experience.

This is based on sale ONLY as I have not gotten the products yet. Eddison greeted us at the door and was very patient with us as we looked and SAT on ever couch to find our forever seats. He gave us space when needed and was helpful when asked. We LOVED that he was easy to talk to and personable. Did not rush us. If we need anything else he is our GO TO sales associate.

My sales person was excellent, however its the delivery experience that's a nightmare. I don't usually shop at Rooms to Go, however for what ever reason I purchased a small dinette set. My daughter was at home when the items where delivered , I inspected the items once I got home and realized one of the chairs where damaged. I called the customer support center and they put in an exchange for the damaged chair. It has been a month and I have not gotten my replacement chair, I have been on the schedule 2x with an anticipated arrival time , text updates throughout the day and no delivery. I don't even get a call to say sorry we had to many deliveries for your delivery date and your item has been rescheduled for ... I have called and informed them I have not received the item and all they want to do is continue with the rescheduling without a definite it will be delivered. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. Still trying to coordinate a definite delivery time and day.

Brian was excellent! He walked me through the pricing and details on a Saturday and picked back up when I came back on Tuesday to purchase my sofa. He helped and sold my friend her sofa the same day as well. Beautiful sofas, great customer service!

Large selection of beautiful furniture. I was greeted upon entering the showroom. The store associate gave me his name, Richard, and he then gave me the space to explore on my own, with the assurance that he would be of assistance anytime I needed him. That was wonderful. That time and space enabled me to leisurely shop without any pressure. I chose a beautiful sofa, and Richard was right there when I needed him to answer all of my questions and process the purchase. Five star customer service.
