I have used Rick's T&A on at least 3 occasions in the past and each time Rick was always courteous, kind, and informative. I have never had any problems with the work he had done and I found his prices both competitive and fair. I never thought I'd find myself a non-franchised, "hometown mechanic" when I first moved to Greenville but Rick has always been superior!Services: Brakes

Tire went flat when I left parking lot after having two tires put on. They never answer the phone call back several times they pickup and hang up. Nice folks bad service.

Needed a tire change at 11 AM, 6 hours before close. Was told they wouldn't be able to get it done today. This is something that's taken 20 minutes in the past at other garages. Sure, there were more customers ahead of me, but if you can't manage to change a tire in the next 6 hours at a garage that advertises "tires", you're doing something wrong.
