This place was recommended by the relative and has great reviews. Brought my bike in to replace both tire tubes. They fixed in two hours, paid $50, didn't pay attention to the job (my fault), took it home and found : chain was off the front sprockets and stuck on the side of derailment fixture. Both tires are under inflated , guess they didn't use a pressure gage. Have to spend 45 minutes to get it right.
Two years ago in NYC I had same problem, paid $40, guy not only replaced tubes, he made minor adjustments, oiled chain and even done short test ride to make sure all is OK (5 stars!)
I guess I was expecting something like that.

Recommend making reservation and arriving early, you'll still have to do waivers and any walk-ins might be helped before you. We were first to arrive but didn't actually get on our bikes til 0930. They don't start your time til you leave though. Check your tire pressure, we needed to add air to some of our bikes and we had to raise our own seats on a few of the bikes as well. Did appreciate the little bags to hold items and bike locks included. Bring your own water bottles, most of the bikes have bottle holders - one kids bike didn't.

We had the best experience renting bikes from Reedy Rides. Customer service was top notch and the shop was conveniently located close to the trail. Can't wait to rent again soon!

Kahlil provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond. I came into Reedy Rides for a tire and tube replacement. I was helped immediately with no appointment.
I really appreciate that Kahlil took the time to explain the replacement process. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient.
11/10 on customer service.
I most certainly will come back to Reedy Rides because of the quality of customer care Kahlil provided. Thank you!

Took my old bike in, they said they didn’t have the parts to fix it but could fix it for about $30, but suggested I go to another bike shop, the other bike shop had what I needed for $5. Good honest people highly recommend. :)

If I could give ten stars I would! I loved that the owner (Abby the doggie) greeted me with cuddles and a tail wag. The staff didn't disappoint either! Super polite and professional. Their bikes were well taken care of and rode beautifully! Now I want to buy a bike. I rented and spent the day on the trails. Very informative with the directions and just a wonderful experience! If you've never rented a bike and rode around Greenville, this is the place to go and get that experience! 10 out of 10 I do recommend!

Their e-bike tour is THE BEST way to learn about the area. With an upcoming move to Greenville, this 3-hour e-bike tour showed off the benefits of the Swamp Rabbit trail, as well as, the many parks in the area. George was a great guide and very safe to ride with. Totally recommended to see Greenville.

Friendly staff, good prices and a cool atmosphere. The trail is just down the street too. Definitely the best place to rent and buy bikes in the upstate.

We had a wonderful e-bike tour with George today. He was very personable and we learned a lot about Greenville. George made sure we knew how to use the bikes before we started on our adventure. Safety was his first priority, always making sure we were together and stopping traffic when we crossed intersections. I would highly recommend that you ask for George, you won’t be disappointed.
